Im not one to write reviews. Dont know where to begin. Its been a long frustrating experience with this store. Currently Im still waiting for an updated invoice for a product I didnt even order and was put in a position that I had to except it because of timing. The installer and store gave me a max price for installation and then the installer pulled a fast one on me and charged me $300 more then the max price was supposed to be. The installer made me feel like I was being robbed (women alone with a much taller man and son at the time of asking for payment). What do you do...just pay it. The installer didnt even give me a professional invoice (got a scrap paper jot down) or a business card. They shouldnt refer him ever again. Installer also agreed in the consult that the Thermodore microwave trim I ordered would work and in the end I had to order something else as well. Doesnt look right in the house. The additional trim I had to buy is not nice. The company has tried to make things right, but why cant I get an updated invoice with my warranty details. Shouldnt take weeks. Would love to turn in the manufacturer warranty paperwork, but cant till I have the right invoice. Im done having to follow up on them for their error in sending out the wrong cooktop and them not giving me the warranty details. Hope things change really quick. Update 7/11/17: Still no updated invoice and warranty details.

Typically our world has become so cold and unpassionate about retail sales. We were among the tired weary types when we happened upon AA. Wow! What a breath of fresh air. They knew their stuff. We have been waiting for our Dream Kitchen and AA made it happen. They have the most informed passionate employees we have seen any where in a long time. They had everything imaginable to choose from with pros and cons for each. This is how business is done. More importantly, I feel like they are apart of our family! We bought a combo of American Range and Kitchen Aid. The coolest thing of all...they stand behind their products! A novel idea...

I called at least 25 places before I got a hold of these guys. No one seems to carry appliance parts anymore. These guys not only carry appliance parts, but they carry appliance parts even if they are 10-12 years old. I highly recommend for parts.
