This pharmacy is horrible. I work for a local doctors office and AT LEAST once a day, we have to call into this pharmacy to fix something that they have messed up. No matter how many times we send in a script via fax, they always inform the patient that they have not received anything from us. There have even been occasions that we have called in scripts and spoken directly to the pharmacist, but the patient was again told that no script was sent in, or the script ended up being filled incorrectly. When patients come into our office we always advise them against using this pharmacy.

If i could put a negative one i would. They are extremely slow, never answer the phone unless you speak to a manager first them ask them to transfer you. The people are rude and the drive thru is the worst. I hate that I have to go to this one but its the closest. I just wish ppl tool thier jobs more serious and cared about other peoples TIME. I cant wait 30 min just to pick up a prescription that is just ridiculous. Come on get it together or hire more staff...

Horrible. Stood in line to use western union first, before grabbing scripts and it took an hour. Also, a nut job yelled and reported me for coughing. Walgreens proceeded to call the cops and report me for breaching peace and refusing to leave, before they asked me to leave. I have noticed a difference in Treatment and service by color and ethnicity. Not once but multiple occasions.

Photo staff showed very little regard for a previously screwed up photo order (by a different Walgreens location). Unprepared, materials not in stock, zero notice and lack of problem solving skills. This store has got to hire brighter people who are willing to do their job. At some point, you have to realize that hiring incompetent staff members is throwing money out the window.

This place is horrible. Wait times are through the roof! It seems like the staff is clueless and doesnt know the simplest of tasks. I called in a refill at 7:30 am and it is now 11:30 am, and the scipt is still not filled...thats 4 freaking hours!!! What the hell are they doing there? Sure as hell not filling scripts. This is the last straw and im moving pharmacies.

Worst pharmacy ever. They never answer phone calls (even though system says there is one caller ahead of you but your phone call will be never answered). People working in pharmacy do not provide complete information on insurance coverage for prescription medicines so be ready to pay cash for your medicines once in awhile. Please avoid this pharmacy if you can.

WORST PHARMACY EVER rudest ppl working there. Pharmacy is always messing up on orders/refills... which i dont understand how because theres always 4-6 ppl back there. The front always has one register open unless the line is to the photo area (all the way in the back of the store) 5

Ghetto as hell. Hate stopping here for anything. CVS and Rite aid have better deals & they offer the slowest customer service. Expect a long line and waiting foever. Only thing good is there pharmacy. Good group of people. But otherwise Avoid this place if you can.

Avoid this place if you can. Very slow. My wife had an unfortunate incident involving a customer and the manager dismissed her complaint and would do nothing about it. Will never go there again sorry to say.

If you call the pharmacy prepare to be contable with plenty water and snacks, they will take more the .5 hrs to answer your call.
