Im not happy with a few employees at this store and my reason why is this: My niece and nephew came into this store last night was in line and the cashier named Gabrielle was checking them out, they went over on items for the cash they had on them,so they had to take somethings and put them back okay not an issue until my nephew came back to this store got in line again and got the stuff they had to put back previously okay instead of being a polite cashier you decide you wants to laugh along with a few other little girls and make the comment didnt you just try to buy this earlier. Okay first off it doesnt matter if they tried to but it early they came back with more money which clearly they didnt need to be reminded and the fact it was rude and embrassing for you to treat them like this, secondly since when is it your place to think its funny and to pop off a comment like that for someone who is a cashier arent you suppose to have customer service skills which an any circumstance you should be polite and not rude! Third thing instead of laughing about it why didnt you and your little friends chip in when they first came in and offer to pay for the extra money they was short on ya know you ever hear of paying it forward but no instead you got a laugh at there expensive and my nephew walked out in embrassment. Not going to belittle you or talk trash to you like any parent or aunt should do instead I will be making a trip to this store and speaking to your manager about this along with a phone call to cooperate office. This store has always been good to us but right now its even debatable if we will return to it again.

I live near this grocery store and have been visiting it for over two years. I have seen MAJOR progress over the past few months in the selection of products, cleanliness of the store, and attitude of the employees. The store went through a pretty major renovation and really turned things around, especially the produce section. The parking lot still tends to be a little dirty and at times, there arent any shopping carts at the front of the store, but if youre looking for the lowest prices on this side of town Id say you can find them at this Kroger. Ive been able to find great deals on specialty and organic foods as well, since that kind of food doesnt fly off the shelf on this side of town.

This Kroger is OK. Ive been to several nicer ones before (such as Gallatin or Lascassas Pk. In Murfreesboro) and they really set the standard for what I expect from Kroger. Although theyve attempted to improve their organic selection and just healthier foods in general, its still limited in comparison to what youll find at other locations. If youre a health conscious shopper in this area, Id recommend driving to the Bell Meade location not much farther away. If youre just looking for typical food items, this is as good of a place as any. The pharmacy here has been helpful in the past, I will say.

This Kroger has awful service, long lines, broken self-serve cash registers, poor selection, moldy produce and out of date food. I wouldnt be so upset if it werent for the fact that the Kroger not 2 miles away (in Belle Meade) has great service, great quality food, cooking demos, good quality organic produce and sushi. Clearly, this "Kroger in the Hood" is considered "good enough" for the minorities and lower income families who shop here. I have complained to Kroger management more than once, with little improvement.

My family and I have been loyal customers at this particular location ever since it opened. Unfortunately, today was a horrible visit. We rented a rug Doctor. After using it for only 20 minutes it stopped working. My father who is in his 80s was treated extremely bad. The representative did not want to resolve the problem. We were a day late on returning the Rug Doctor. We paid the late fee yet no offer on making the experience better. Not to mention the rudeness displayed by the rep.

I have been in this neighborhood for the past 4 years. I used to go to Publix just because it was cleaner and the produce was not rotting out. Ever since the renovation, this is my weekly grocery stop, they have better deals than Publix. I love getting discounts gas too. I have recently paid 1.29 for gas. It been a long time since I have paid that amount. The people are getting better as well.

Had a very hard time finding a fairly simple cooking item. Customer Service desk was of no help. Their job seems to be not about helping customers find what they are looking for. Finding an employee anywhere near the aisles was impossible. I finally went to a checkout counter, and a very nice employee went with me to find the item. He couldnt find it either but knew who get to locate the item.

I have lived in the neighborhood for several years and this location has really improved over the past several months. Its still not the absolute nicest grocery in the city, but it has recently been remodeled, added a small fresh seafood counter, more organic choices, more staff, etc.

9:45 on a Saturday night. Cashier refuses to ring me up because I didnt have enough items. I had between 20-25 items. The majority being fruits and vegetables. Only one register was open, Hers! Asked to speak with a manager. No manager was in store. Left the store without groceries.

Lots of money has been poured into a facelift of this Kroger over the past year. Unfortunately management doesnt seem to be able to keep expired items off shelves, items stocked or even very basic operational necessities. Not a pleasant shopping experience.

Stood in line for 10 minutes to be told by the cashier that she couldnt check my produce out at her register. Directed me to longer line to stand in. Unprofessional, dirty store. Shop at the Publix thats 5 minutes away if you have any self respect.

The rudest cashiers I have ever encountered inside any grocery store. Like the other commenter said, save yourself the hassle and go down the street to the Belle Meade location. Its bigger and has more selections of items.

When I went into the bathroom, I opened accidentally an unlocked stall, while a dude taking a dump in there. I scared the s*** out of him literally. Other than that it was a standard grocery run.

I dont know why I bother shopping here. Slim selection. Terrible customer service. They usually close early. Today I waited 14 minutes for a manager to unlock phone case and she never came.

The store itself is just like any other Kroger. This particular location is special because it has a gas station that tends to be cheaper than any thing else in the area outside of Costco.

The employees are always very nice and helpful but the store itself is very small and outdated. The parking lot is a mess as well. With a remodel this place would be 5 stars.

Poorly stocked shelves. Store stays a mess. If its a popular item then they will be out of it. Called and complained several times and finally switched to Aldi.

Very clean Kroger and awesome prices. Also when you use the plus card when you shop, right after you can go to the pump and use the points and save on gas
