I came in for new phone as mine was broken. That was taken care of just fine. I was then told about a great promotion of Internet, TV And Security System for a certain price per month. I pay $50 more per month than I agreed to and cant cancel because of a big fee. Was also told they would waive the installation fee after they forgot to set up the internet a week later. Also was told they would waive another large fee because of an error they made to the security system. Regardless the fees were never waived after multiple trips in and repeated promises it would be taken care of by the sales person and Manager. In conclusion, this has been a 2 month process in which every time Ive asked for help they have said whatever they needed to to make me happy, but never followed through with any promises.

I do not like this business at all. The staff are poorly focused, and the prices for products and services are just ridiculous. One time, I took my iPhone to this location, because it was not working properly. One of the representatives thought that maybe the SIM card was the problem. But NO! The SIM card was not the problem. The representative thought the phone was faulty. So.... My father and I had to drive all the way to the Apple Store in the Woodland Mall in Grand Rapids to have my phone replaced, and we found out that the folks at AT&T on Westnedge have screwed up my phone and Internet services. Overall, AT&T on Westnedge has awful staff, awful services, and awful prices, and should be closed. Do not go here!

We were out of contract & wanted to switch up some services and add some. So we got WiFi, Home Security & switched to Direct TV. All of this came with promised incentives. Have yet to see the c.card (been 6 weeks) & the other was going directly on bill. Huh! That bill went past due for their promised $ amount! Big surprise. 3 times Ive tried to get this handled by the store manager Taryn. He says he knew nothing about it but its taken care of now.....no apology from him at all. Makes me super pissed I signed up for anything! Well see who we are with in 2 years....

The service was good until 32 days past the purchase of my new iPhone 4s when I found out they forgot to offer me any kind of an insurance plan and now I have to drive all the way to grand rapids in hopes of getting the apple care plan for my phone. Apple has the same 30 day policy so I hope they will forgive AT&T oversight. Other wise the AT&T plan is $10 a month with a $199 deductible, what a joke!!! WOW they actually took care of us and even have us a credit on our account, great job ethen

AT&T offers no contract phone package for $45 for 3 gigabytes and then unlimited text and talking at a slower rate than the high-speed internet. $45 a month isnt too bad. However the slow internet rate is very hard. They have a wonderful selection of phones and they have good Personnel who are free with advice on how to work things and can usually solve the problem very quickly.

Very friendly when I bought the phone. But later on started avoiding me for some issues that I was having with my phone. I find manager in particular very rude. Same issue were addressed by the people in AT&T store on Drake road. I like AT&T service but will not do business with Westnedge branch.

I would not use the ATT store on Westnedge. The manager is rude and hung the phone up on myself. The service man who worked on me did not check to make sure all functions of my phone worked correctly. I now have a phone that will not be on silent. I strongly suggest that you go some where else.

Do not believe these deceitful representatives. They will lie directly to your face and then pretend it didnt happen. Ive never been so disgusted with a company in my life and this store takes the cake. The employees here should be ashamed at themselves.

Great Management and Great People and Great Service! We now have everything AT&T because their services are the best available. Most of the AT&T stores are corporate owned and that makes a huge difference; always great service!
