I dropped a working iphone 4s with a broke screen at the booth in the St Mathews Mall at 2:00 pm today. I had orginally request the screen only so I could do my own repair as I have done many of these, they said they could not sell just the screen. I explained I had ordered screen on line and they had sent the wrong one, I had the phone taken apart before I realized the error, I explained I had not put all the screen screws back as I intended to replace the screen myself ) I had to put the broke screen back on the get the data, text email ect,) they said no problem, bring it in. They said 45 minutes. I returned one hour later and they still were not done The guy doing the work kept talking and chating with guys at the counter and customers...Now I am simple man, however when I repair a screen it is a very intense issue, no talking and chatting with other people while I am working on it. To date I have never had a screen failure with any of my own replacements. At 3:40 They handed me my phone back and said it was damaged beyond repair when they got it, this is a lie. I was recieving text in the parking lot before I walked in the door. The screwed up a screen replacement and damaged my motherboard beyond repair. This is my first stop with the complaint, the next is the BBB, then the St Mathews Mall, it they do not replace the the phone or refund the cost of a replacement I will take it to the Kentucky AG Consumer Protection Division.

STAY AWAY!! Very unprofessional place. I took an IPOD classic with possible battery problem here and they told me 1 week. After no call a week later and no answer when I called for two days I showed up there and they told me it would be another week. While I was there I saw where these guys are getting their parts, on ebay. Looks like they just order cheap parts on ebay and try to fix stuff if they can. They told me if it wasnt the battery they would run diagnostic on it, aparently their diagnostic is only a visual inspection. Called me a week later and said they couldnt fix it, when I showed up to pick the IPOD up they had jacked it up while opening it. Looks like it was just pried open and bent back together. It will not work at all now, before I could keep it on charge and still use it. I will never take anything here again. When I said it wasnt in this condition when I left it with you, the manager just told me it was hard to get into. I guess that is why it was ok to jack it up, because it was hard to get into. Solution I got from them was to sell it for parts on ebay, this is really what I was told, REDICULOUS!! They would prob. buy it on ebay from me and use it to work on someone elses ipod.

iExpert Studio was immediately able to help me when I seemingly wiped out all of my iPhone information. With the numerous iPhone updates it seems like I am always syncing my phone, creating backups, etc. With my most recent update I went through the hour-long process only to realize when I disconnected my phone all of my music, photos, contacts, text conversations, etc. had been erased. I did not want to mess my phone up any further so I immediately took it in to iExpert Studio to see what they recommend. The associate was obviously busy but took the time to listen and diagnose the issue I was having, which I really appreciated as I had no way to contact anyone else at the time. I followed all of the steps iExpert Studio had instructed and was able to backup my phone in minutes with no issues. Since receiving wonderful service from iExpert Studio I have recommended them to several friends for repairs and they have all been extremely happy with iExpert Studio’s work. I would not trust anyone else with my iPhone.

I brought in my Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge to be repaired a few months back. The display had been cracked and the back glass was cracked. I was told it would only take a day and it turned out to be two. When I recieved the phone there were about 50 dead pixels and the repairer said he had not noticed it. It was the first thing I saw when turning the phone on. Ten minutes pass and im using the phone and press the app multitask button and it doesnt work. The man at the kiosk said that he will give me a call within the next month to get the phone fixed and so I waited. I never recieved a phone call or my money back. After I try to get it fixed it turns out I no longer had a warrenty. I had a terrable experience with them and wish they would just do the right thing and fix their massive mistake. Now a few months later the back botton is failing and think it must do with the repair job they did. I would stay away from them if you have a samsung device.

Well I took in my brand new Samsung 3 tab cuz it would not turn on. These guys were recommended to me buy T Mobile @ 4th St. Live. Cam was super nice and said it would be $25 to clean it and find any other problems. If anything else was wrong $25 would be deducted from that cost. Sounded fair to me. The next day I stopped by and Cam says, I have some Great news for you. A simple cleaning was all it needed. Seems the power button had gotten gunked up by something. I think a bit of soda may be the culprit. Anyway he tells me that it is working like new. I was super stoked and asked what I owed. He said "Nothing", it just needed a cleaning and I had already paid for that. I took it home and as he said, it works like new! Cam was super friendly and efficient. I will take any of my future phone or tab probs to them. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. So says The Dancin Hippie!

My perfectly good iPhone 4 stopped working immediately after deleting the Facebook app. The Home button was no longer operational. Additionally, the Home button on Assistive Touch was not operational. The phone is over a year old, so the Apple Store wouldnt do anything about it (other than offer to swap it for a new one for $150. They referred me to iExpert Studio in the Kenwood Mall. I went there and explained my problem. The support person was puzzled when he learned that the Assistive Touch wasnt working. He asked if he could take the cover off. I said sure. He took it off, and reset the battery, and voila! All is working again. He didnt charge me anything, and within 5 minutes I was walking out of the mall with a working iPhone. A very happy customer! Thanks iExpert Studio :)

UPDATE : 8-20-17 11:30am. I HAD been a huge fan of this place until our experience today. We stopped to inquire how much it would be to fix a cracked iPhone screen. The young man working here didnt acknowledge us or stop what he was doing to say hed be with us in a minute. All we got from him is "it depends" and "80 bucks". Since he seemed annoyed by our questions about a possible repair we think well take all further business elsewhere. Its a shame good customer service is so rare these days. Older Review: The guys that work here do an outstanding job! I had them replace a cracked screen on my girlfriends iPad. Its been a year now and its still perfect. Excellent customer service skills and service have earned all my future business.
