i WENT TO THE CRICKET STORE IN PANAMA CITY, FL I bought a phone for my daughter for her birthday I asked the salesman about there coverage area he told me I had no problem I got it home it didnt work I took it back less than 24 hrs with argument all I got back was ONLY $59.00 OUT OF $120.00 AND THE SALESMAN SAID THATS ALL HE CAN DO THAT THEY CANT REFUND AIRTIME THAT WAS SOLD I SAID SERVICE WAS NOT RENDERED HE SAID HIS HANDS WERE TIDED THATS CRICKET THATS THERE POLICY DONT BE FOOLED GO ELSE WHERE TO BUY A PHONE

My husband and l have been with Cricket for 8 months with great reception inside our house then 4 weeks ago, no reception in our house at all. Visited store on 23rd St and called several times to find out why and am told they dont know why and no one else has this problem. Anybody know why? If this continues, we will switch to Verizon. Tired of running outside to answer a call or make a call.
