I spent $165.00 worth on shoes. The woman would not honor my $10.00 coupon. It was not expired. I had just already run a gift card that I was using. She said that it was too late to use it. I did not have the money on me and my mother had to pay the $10.00. Do not go here if you have a coupon. It is apparently worthless! As someone who works part-time in retail, I know that this should not be an issue. She was just too lazy to fix the problem. I was so embarrassed that my mother had to pay it for me. I am never going back to this DSW ever again!

So I love shoe shopping and DSW is a great place to go for that obviously but of all the locations in the twin cities this particular location is probably one of my least favorites. Something about the selection doesnt seem as good as the Knollwood or Coon Rapids locations. A shame since this is my DSW - the one most convenient to me. The staff is nice enough and service is good but again their selection leaves a bit to be desired.

My feet have spread over the ages and working on my feet so looking for an 11 is harder these days. I guess instead of looking for a needle in a hay stack at DSW I would rather go to Schuler Shoes in Maple Grove and get what I need and I know they have everything I need and my size. DSW does not really have shoes for work where I stand for eight hours. Thank you anyway....

I recently visited the Arbor Lakes DSW and was extremely pleased with the level of service I received. I had to make a return for defective merchandise and was initially fearful that it would be a hassle, but the experience was more than I imagined. I will be more than happy to shop at this location in the future and recommend the store to my friends.

I didnt have any one help me. I got a hello that was it. when I asked for help to find my size they just handed me a foot measurement thing. When I asked for wides they said I had to pick through and find them myself. I left in tears. I love shoe shopping this is the first time I have hated it. Never going back. wish I could give it 0 stars.

A lot of shoes in common sizes, but very little customer service and support. If you wear odd sizes (smaller or larger or wider), you probably wont find what you need here.
