Great customer service with a huge shoes selection. A sale associate at dsw MOA helped me to order a pair of boots online that goes with free yoga matt and a gym bag. However, the online warehouse and all dsw locations ran out of the freebies so they never sent me one. I called and spoke with Julie. She was so pleasant to talk to and help me solve the situation by giving the special discount. And surprisingly i got home today and found the free items in the mail. I didnt expect Julie would remember my case and still send me those items. It shows that this location keeps their customers as priority. Very happy with the purchase and the great manager! Shout out to Julie!

I had the most amazing customer service experience at this DSW location. Jackie, the store manager or sales person, was one of the most helpful persons I have met in a long time! I had an issue with a pair of sandals that were ordered online and she was more than happy to assist me with the return as well as making sure that I had compensation for the expedited shipping costs I paid for [I was leaving the state for an event that same day]... Whenever I need new shoes I will always go back to this DSW. She was just so nice. It was great.
