I bought some shoes online and had the option of picking them up at this store the next day which I did. I found an employee to help me within 30 seconds of walking through the door. And 20 minutes later she located my shoes...... Just kidding, it took a few minutes but I was in no hurry and she was friendly and had very nice hair.

Wonderful store for all sort of shoes. Sharing my DSW secret with the public. The clearance section in the back of the store is where the magic is at. Go in early when the store opens for some amazing deals. Now the secret is out.
