Swansons retail store in in heart of Downtown Fargo, ND is a great customer experience versus ordering from the ice cold world wide web even if the deals arent as great in store versus online. The staff is very knowledgeable of the products on hand. Ive never had trouble finding anything as the store has an immaculate product layout that makes biological sense. The products at Swansons have always been of the utmost purity, potentcy, and quality. Matt and Jackie are bright lights that make the retail store shine now until 9pm on weeknights! I could go on forever with positive comments on this oasis of goodness. Thanks staff!

Buyer beware. Bought a 10% glycolic acid cream that Ive used before and it seems very diluted. Not getting the same effects as Ive experienced w this product that I purchased elsewhere. Customer service is great, however. One item arrived damaged- broken glass dispenser, they replaced without question.

Everything was fine in the shopping cart; free shipping as promoted BUT after the credit card processed an additional $45 showed up for "additional shipping" Total rip off and I will not buy from them again because of it.

Excellent selection of natural products, I concentrate on the health and beauty stuff. Ive always been able to find what I need with the help of knowledgeable store clerks. Discount coupons by email are a nice perk.

Its great to have this store as an alternative to ordering online. However, their hours are pretty terrible if you have a full time job - they need to be open later on weekdays. Even until 7pm would be better.

Best selection of supplements and vitamins in town. Good organic and natural pantry items. I havent had very good experiences with the produce but I still frequent the store for everything else.

Love Swansons, they have changed there hours and are open till 6pm now on Saturday and from 12-4pm on Sundays, wish it was updated on google so everyone would know.

Excellent range of products, very competitive prices and really fast shipping. I get their packages in Toronto in about a week and with no hassle with customs.
