A schizophrenic operation at best. Half one star for the online help that graduated high school and maybe took some online college courses. Half one star for the photography/online order department staff (not sure why those two jobs got combined) that contacted a store manager to find out why my online order is taking 6 hours to prep. Its one bike. Just one bike. A bike. It was "due" to be ready three hours ago. Minus four stars for the girl talking through wet paper that answered the local Porter Ranch store line. I told her that I had "an online order that I was waiting on" I hear silence. I after 6 "hellos" and nothing, I hung up. I called back, said "I had a hard time hearing you just now…". Wet paper girl hung up on me. Like click. Beep beep beep beep. The next call I made sure I heard the word "Walmart" in the recording, then said in a disguised voice (clearly I had pissed her off) "online orders". I hear silence. I decided to wait. Three minutes. Then, someone picks up! The photography/online order clerk. Even though its been 15 minutes on hold, waiting for the clerk to figure out where my order is with the manager Im assuming he really found. Im thankful I had time to write this review. My very first one. UPDATE: While on hold and about to hit "post" the clerk came back to the line to tell me "they dont know, try to call again in an hour." Great thank Walmart. So glad you already took my money, and now Im waiting to pick up my daughters birthday bike. Thank you for playing.

Avoid this place by any! Its one of the places where a customers time is the last priority and nothing sets me off more than that as when I go shopping I simply pay for the things and therefore shouldnt have to wait in line for 30 minutes. I bought some things at the main store, which was pretty crowded and despite only having 3 people ahead of me line, the wait was about 10 minutes (which according to LA standards is not that bad). After that I needed some charcoals so I went to the garden side and grabbed a bag. Came to the registers and saw that they had 2 open with 1 person being checked out in each so I thought "Great, no wait". A second later I turned around and saw a line of 15 or so people behind me who were there the whole time and did not want to block the walkway so they stood kind of far. I simply left. My question to Walmart is IF YOU KNOW ITS THE WEEKEND AND YOU KNOW ITS GOING TO BE CROWDED, WHY IN THE HECK WOULD YOU HAVE 2 REGISTERS OPEN OUT OF 4 OR 5 AND KEEP SO MANY PEOPLE WAITING TO BE CHARGED AS IF THIS IS A WAIT AT THE WELFARE OFFICE WHERE THEY GIVE STUFF AWAY FOR FREE?!?!?!?

I bought a TV online at black friday, they charged me already on my bank account and it said I was suppose to be picked up today at 9. I go to the store just so two little boys can tell me that I cant have the TV anymore because they ran out stock? And because it was black Friday they probably already sold the TV that I bought online 6 hours ago? I was so mad because I had to drive far from my house to go to Walmart and so that they can tell me that there is no way I can get the TV anymore. Even if they restock the TVs I still had to pay original price... talk about a complete waste of time and no one to speak to me about this issue or try to resolve it. Im never buying from Walmart again. Thank goodness best buy still had the TV and the same price and they even said if they dont have any at stock at the store they will ship one at that location and tell me when its ready for pick up.

This store gets no stars. I bought five hundred dollars worth of tires there four months ago. I noticed that none of the tires on the rear of my car is showing the steel belts. I took it to my mechanic who makes money repairing my car, and he informed me that the tire was defective. I went to this store and the Tire manager, Andre, did not look at my tire, he did not consult the techs who had looked at the car, he flat refused to warranty the tire, and gave a corporate song and dance. It was the worst customer service I have ever encountered anywhere, and that is saying something. I recommend anyone to boycott this store, and Walmart in general. As consumers our power lies in our collectively standing together and sending a message to large corporations like this one. Do not shop at Walmart. Tell them you read this review and support your fellow consumer. Thanks.

Я поставила две звезды только за то что этот магазин работает до 12 ночи . Первое что бы хотелось отметить это не вежливые работники. Если нужна помощь ждать приходится очень долго. Второе , не соответствие цен на ценнике и при оплате за товар. Я очень редко посещаю этот магазин , только если мне очень срочно что то нужно а другие магазины уже закрыты.

This Wal-Mart definitely serves its purpose. It has a huge parking lot that accommodates the growing mass of people that shop here. You enter from either side of the entrances and you are introduced to the super-market area of Walmart. Of course there is the route for the return center on the right side, and if you walk a bit further there is the Mc Donalds, Optometry, and Photo Studio. Definitely love this Wal-mart the best. Tons of selection. I can dig this place, no doubt! Will recommend this place to friends and family. Great Customer service. Of course towards closing time, there are only a few lines opened, and it gets super lengthy. Try to avoid the closing times, because it will get super busy and a hassle to wait in line.

What can I say about this location normally its better then most I dont know if the management has changed I was "not helped" by a staff member named maria in electronics who didnt know what she was doing and was pointing to where products may be rather then going the extra mile to make her way around the corner to possibly land a sale unbelievable customer service. it clearly is not the goal to put walmarts name out in a positive way nor is she interested in making good business interactions to keep customers she seems more interested in small chat in the isles I will not be going to this location any longer and I strongly recommend a secret shop at this location

I from Washington state where I would rate walmart as a B for service. Ive lived in California for 2 years. I give a great deal of money to the Porter Ranch Walmart. The service and waiting in line is so bad I feel like Im in a nightmare. Californians just seem to take this abuse. I went to return some sheets the other day and I stood in line for 30 minutes. Unreal. Most of the cashiers have a pleasant attitude but they act like they just dont know anything (if the can speak English) and they move in slow motion. Im sure more cashiers especially in the return department would help.
