Absolutely horrible service!!! I spoke to someone 2 weeks ago about a rare beer that only comes out twice a year. Dogfish head 120 IPA! I set a reminder and changed my work schedule to be there when they open in hopes to purchase as much as I could. Calling in at 7:45 am I spoke to a woman who sounded as if she hated her job, being very short on the phone with me told me they sold out last week. Oh and they arent aloud to call me when they receive their shipment, even tho I have a friend who gets calls for specific bourbon and beer! I wish I could give negative stars to express how I really feel especially because I work for a company that is known world wide to have the best customer service! Thanks for nothing total wine

Sandy has no clue how to do a proper wine tasting. Pours are extremely tiny and the bottom of the bottle and I mean all 5 bottles! She then stated, Well its almost 6pm anyway, to which I replied, No... Its barely 5:30 and we came to choose a wine for our weekly dinner event with neighbors.....Nothing beats pure sediment.......Gross !!! We will think twice before tasting again at the newest store. Very bad customer service from her. Now onto the good. The manager addressed the issue and even gave us a free bottom of the wine we were considering buying !

Such a clean location. Every time I walk in the first thing that strikes me is the cleanliness of the entire location. Best selection of beer and wine anywhere, plus the staff is over knowledgeable on any and everything you could hope to ask for. Their beer isles are always fully stocked of rare craft beer for a very affordable price. The best thing of all is they allow you to create your own six packs and offer growlers.

Their growler fill is left to be desired. Will not fill personal growlers due to "not being able to see in the growler". I had a hydro flask, no good. Also their pressing co2 in system is a waste..They pull down the seal just to let in the outside air to cap it.... Probably wont go back to fill, but the wine and beer selection in there is incredible!!

I have been in this location several times, and their selection is amazing! I prefer Spanish wines, and this location has a large selection, from many different regions of Spain. Prices are a little higher than Lees, but the selection and layout of the store make this my preferred store.

A vast store that specializes in alcohol. Weve been able to find just about anything we came looking for at a fair price. The staff has the amazing ability of telling you what alcohol youre looking for based on vague descriptors such as "the wine with the red goose on it".

Holy large number of liquor options Batman!! They have everything from cider, to wine, to pretty much anything with alcohol safe for human consumption; and the prices are very good. The staff is nice,the store is clean, well kept and organized.

Great selection and staff but staff members are known to pre-purchase exclusive items such as Blantons for resale on the secondary market. NOT COOL.Other than that problem they have it is a great place much more competitive pricing than Lees.

BEST PLACE ON EARTH. Staff helped me find Blue Curacao when every other place I went to didnt have any. The selection is immense and they support local brews and concoctions. All in all very clean.
