3/02/17 First off we are repeat customers of RIGHTway Colerain since 2015 and we are 4 days into a new contract with them again, and it has been nothing but a nightmare. We came in on January 31 2017 to trade our 2010 CHEVY HHR in, (which has since been closed out by GATEWAY as a trade in) and was given a 2014 Chevy with systematic and fumes problems. We called on Feb 1st and explained the situation with the vehicle and after going back and forth finally on Feb 2nd they put us in a 2016 Chrysler, which also had ticking, pulling, hesitation, and burning smell. The salesman at RIGHTway said that the burning came from getting an oil change and oil being spilled on the engine. But RIGHTWAY& assured us since the vehicle had 38k miles we were still covered under the factory warranty, just so they could hurry up and get a sale done for the end of month ($1000 cash down payment) and there 5 Star Google review. When asked about document of the factory warranty information the salesman said they didnt have any information in writing. So on Feb 3 we went to CHYSLER dealership & with those car issues and the dealship said that we were out of our BUMPER TO BUMPER warranty after 36k miles, and from now until 100k miles we have POWER TRAIN warranty and that there is $230 fee to an inspection of the vehicle and check those issues, and others, however whatever they find that is associated with the engine, transmission, head gasket etc, would be covered at 100% in the POWERTRAIN warranty. I emailed Bill Crishon the General manager of Rightway explained to him the problems with the car and he reached out to via email saying he will do whatever he has to do to get my car fixed completely. Bill then called me and advised me to take my car to two places that fix cars for Rightway, Midas and Tire Discounters. I took my car to both places and they both told Rightway (Bill Crishon); that they didnt have the right equipment to be able to Service my car and that my kind of car has to go to the Chrysler dealership. So Bill Crishon advised me that he was going to make the person he bought the car from fit the bill, not him. So On February 20, 2017, Bill Crishon told me to drop my car off at Rightway and assured me that my car will be fixed. On Thursday February 23 I got a call from Bill saying my car was fixed and ready, I picked it up and all was good until Wednesday February 29, I went outside to start my car I noticed the car shook real hard, struggled to get gas, and had a BIG BALL OF WHITE CLOUDY SMOKE WITH A BURNING SMELL COME OUT MY TAIL PIPE, and as soon as that happened my CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AND IS STILL ON. I immediately got out the car to capture a video of the big white smoke coming from my TAIL pipe, I emailed Bill Crishon the General manager of Rightway a long with the video footage, and he has not responded. I have asked Bill Crishon for Service reports of what work was done on my car last week and Bill Crishon said he would e-mail me a copy of the Service reports And I havent received them yet. This has been the worse experience with RIGHTWAY AUTOMOTIVE CINCINNATI OH EVER!

I was able to trade in my 2007 kia spectra for a 2016 Toyota Corolla. My salesman was Ryan and he was very helpful and honest! I definitely recommend this place! Update: So, Ive had my 2016 toyota corolla for about a month now and noticed the A/C wasnt blowing out cool air. I remembered talking to the sales guy and him saying If I took the car to the dealer Id have to pay a $100 deductible and then nothing after that until the warranty expired...WRONG!!! I took the car to Toyota who was absolutely floored that this company would sell me a car in this condition. The showed me the carfax on this car which stated the car was an absolute loss, and that there was no warranty. The car had been in a collision and everything under the hood were pretty much foreign parts. Toyota told me that I should have been made aware of this information, and I was not at all!!! I took the car back to right way colerain and explained to them what happened, showing them the carfax information Toyota had pulled for me. They said that their mechanic would fix it. I have to take my car to this mechanic and be without a car for about a day or so. I was hoping to get my money back or trade the car for another one but Ill have to wait and see what this mechanic can do. I would have never bout this vehicle had I known this information. Im terribly disappointed in this situation and hope no one else experiences this. My sales guy was very nice but I just wish this information had been disclosed with me. I hope theyll be able to resolve my issue but as of right now, my rating for this company is LOW !

FORMER EMPLOYEE FAIRFIELD BEWARE!!! I left a good company I was with for 3 years to come work for Bill Crishon at the new beechmont store in hopes for a better opportunity Construction was delayed I was in 2nd place in sales in my second month for a store I was suppose to be training at, I worked with John Yeager this man did nothing but talk condescendingly to me as if I was stupid, would get mad at the fact customers would ask for the PRICE OR PAYMENTS. From someone who has teached credit repair for 3 years I witnessed customers being coached and things told to me to tell the customer in order to get them approved with the finance company. 1) turn your car in as a repossession and tell the finance company your keeping the car 2) When the finance company calls tell them that you all have been living together for the past 2 years 3) If the finance company calls tell them your keeping that car "when really they are turning it in as a repo" 4) Tell the customer to work a ton of hours because the future paycheck they need to turn into the finance company needs to looks better... This is shady

Worst car buying experience. I dont not recommend them at all. We got the car back in jan. When Jim was the manager. he couldnt get anything right. Then come to find out. He didnt even have license to sell cars. They hired. A guy name bill. He was very nice seemed like he was getting everything delta with. But one week its there about to send paper work in Ill need you to come in to sign Ill call you when we get them. Never herd from them. I would call several times a day. Anthony would tell me bill would call me he never did. Long story short. I got my money back yesterday. I had 4 30 day tags very illegal. And then this last month they had me driving around on dealer plates!!!!

Well this might be a 2 part review I went out to buy a car for my mother from the colerain location and a salesman by the name of Jim "jimbo" colliers pretty much robbed me for about $1900.00 he lied on the total amount of my trade in value and then he tossed on an extra $1000.00 on to the price of the van I also know now that this jimbo doesnt have a license to sell cars and he has been fired from several lots for the same thing . I have since been in contact with a supervisor about this issue . As far as Im concerned any company that hires a known scumbag is just as dirty but Ive given "right way" a chance to make things right lets see what happens
