The owners are very unprofessional! The owner which is the older gentleman not Jason was cursing at a customer on the phone while I was trying to buy a truck. They do not seem to care or understand what customer service is and that customers are the only way to stay in business. After I finally did buy the truck they have yet to pay off my other truck loan. They also owe me money from me paying on my old truck after they took ownership. I have yet to see that money. It has been over a month since this all took place. I would never recommend anyone do business with them. Jason states that the truck I wanted to buy was not ready to be sold. Then I ask the question why was it put on the lot with the sticker? He then gave me a truck that was on the lot that for sale to drive while they fixed my truck. He stated that this truck was clean and had been gone through. When insay this Im not exaggerating. This truck looked like it had just came from a construction site. Makes you really wonder how well they really look at the vehicles they are either buying from a auction or taking in on trade before they put them on the lot for sale.

Most un-professional place I have ever dealt with, the salesman was very nice and trying his best to work with me, the owner insulted me and then tried to tell me the air conditioning in my car didnt work - I used it all the way home after I decided to leave his lot.. He should stay out of the dealings, as he queered the deal that JR was trying his best to make with me. The owner appeared to be upset with me about what he had his car listed at? Craziest car dealings I have ever been in. The owner was literally yelling and cussing at me before I ever said one word to him. Nuts, think someone needs anger management. If this is how they always treat customers, I dont know how they ever sell a car. Will never go back to this lot. Drove 65 miles one way to look at a car here today, what a waste of my time.

I purchased a vehicle there last week. I am pretty thorough and was cautious about buying a used car. I spoke on the phone with the owner a couple of times about the vehicle I was interested in. Then when I went to see it and test drive it, I dealt with the owners son, Jason. My experience was excellent. The car was ready for me to view, they answered all my questions, responded to all my concerns. Once I decided I wanted to purchase the vehicle, I had my own mechanic look at it. There were no major problems, but they responded quickly an above my expectation to all my concerns that came out of the mechanics review. All in all it was a great experience. Im very happy with my vehicle and with the service I was given. Thanks Auto Livery.

Tried to buy a truck from them. I saw a lot of quick fixes and trying to get top dollar for them. Saw some cover ups and brought my computer and found codes and no check engine light. The one good truck I liked they were asking $2000 over Nada price and only came down $1000. Why they do business like that I have no idea. Im new to the area so I talked to a few people they all said they are crooked. Funny part is after buying a $20,000 truck I ended up having to replace all three of my kids cars for different reasons. They could have sold me 4 cars in a span of a few months. There is a reason there lot has decreased in size. I dont care how many postings you put on Craigs list bad business practices catch up with you.

awful. the first guy we talked to was very polite and knew what the vehicle was worth, and was willing to negotiate. then the owner (I assume) with his giant hat and belt buckle intervened and was very rude. we were in love with this car, cash in hand. and he was rude. he was asking well above value and everything he said was obnoxious. he had already decided that we werent going to get the car and there was no working with him. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone, ever.

Went there twice, called once and emailed once. No response to any attempts at contact and when looking at vehicles in the lot both times no one ever came out to help us. Asked one guy a question who was detailing a vehicle on the lot and he had an attitude when he responded with "I dont know, ask an employee inside". The vehicles we checked out were way overpriced and clearly they dont care about making a sale. Wont be going back.

I was baited to come in with a good price over the phone. The published price they had the car listed for was above retail which is why I called before I went there. The phone price was more realistic. When I arrived the salesperson was working with me then the owner got into the negotiation and he quickly turned rude and combative. I dont know how they have stayed in business but I wont be buying from them.

I have know these guys for over 30 years. To be in the same location this long says something. They do their best to offer the finest vehicles they can. Jason knows the auto business as well as anyone, his dad is a true professional and his mother always made sure you received your title. Longevity is something to hang your hat on. I wouldnt hesitate buying from The Auto Livery.

I recently purchased a classic Italian sports car from the Auto Livery and I have never had a better buying experience. I live in Illinois and Jason at the Auto Livery made the sales process very easy and had one of his staff deliver the car to my door. I got a great price on the car and a great buying experience. I would highly recommend The Auto Livery to anyone.

Decent selection of vehicles, but very unhappy after my experience. The owner "helped" me. He offered bottom dollar for my vehicle (12k, was given 14,2 by jeff wyler in eastgate) and wouldnt budge on his price (13k for a 2003 Jetta). He was a very rude guy all around, not real sure how he stays in business with that attitude.

Over the past 15 years Ive bought 3 cars and an SUV from Autolivery. All were great cars that ran well for years. I see a lot of crazy negative reviews on them, maybe I got lucky? They have always been honest with me and made things go smooth. Im here because Im planning on buying anther vehicle from them soon.

terrible service. Asked for an out of state vehicle inspection yesterday. Stated they could do it today and when I called in to confirm they said we aint doing it anymore.......no explanation. Obviously would not consider purchasing a vehicle from them as what they say one day may be different the next.

Well after reading all the different reviews here, I am glad I havent stopped into this place. A lot of the negative responses seem to be a lot more believing than the positive ones.. I will definitely stay away from this place.
