Brought our vehicle to their service dept. 2 different times for 2 different issues and neither has been resolved. I should have been been wiser after the first time when they just updated the software replaced a few bulbs and sold me some brake work that i really didnt need at the time(didnt fix the issue). But, when the car started running bad i took it there again thinking "surely, a dealer would be able to diagnose and rectify this problem". Wrong... seems the troubleshooting they do is read codes now a days and change the first parts "the book" directs them to. I did talk to the service manager who said they would be willing to do something to help but, after they are in our pockets for a thousand bucks I think they have helped enough. FIND AN ACTUAL MECHANIC!!

About 5 years ago my wife and I had our first experience with Wetzel Chrysler; and our first experience with Chrysler vehicles in general. We were guided by a friendly and knowledgeable Sales Associate named Bill Staton. The only thing more pleasurable than buying our first Chrysler Town and Country from Bill was buying our second T&C today, 5 years later, and again from Bill. The entire experience, beginning with Anthony Sutton, General Sales Manager who found us exactly what we wanted, at the price we needed, and made us feel like family as we closed the deal, to Todd Moore, Sales Manager, making the paperwork understandable and painless. The Wetzel group can be proud of these team members and know that well be back when its time for us to upgrade our vehicles.

Avoid! I bought a new Ram. One of the main points I wanted was bluetooth capability. They told me that was not a problem and they would install it when the parts came in. Three weeks later I give them my truck for approximately 1 week. I find my truck with a cheap aftermarket bluetooth set that they installed. I was upset and told them we agreed to a factory setup since it was a brand new truck. They said according to the paperwork I didnt specify "factory Bluetooth" so they could install whatever they wanted. I cant even uninstall it because they drilled a hole in my dash for the install. I will avoid them from now on. I was extremely disappointed.

My parents and I stop in. I was looking for a SUV. The salesman talking to my parents ignore me completely. Im like Im the one that is buying a vehicle not them. Salesman got one of the keys to one of them. Got in the driver seat and didnt even move for like 5 or 10 minutes! Really come on get out of the vehicle so I can see it. Thats one of the deal breakers. And wanted to come with us to test drive. We wanted to test drive how we wanted to and not you way. I didnt get the vehicle there because of the salesman and I didnt like the vehicle either. The prices are way to high.

If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, we HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Wetzels in Richmond!!! Everyone was incredible!!!! We just went to look & they all bent over backwards to help us! And they werent the annoying sales men type at all. We never once felt pressure. If you go, go to the one next to Red Lobster & ask for Anthony or Cory. Both of them were AMAZING!!!! - but I am sure they are all just as great.

Wetzel gave me the best experince buying my first car, I would recommend everyone go to them for their vechiles. They have the friendlies staff and while my husband and I were doing the paperwork Brandon (the salesman) helped keep ou kids out of trouble. Will be buying more cars from the in the years to come. THANK YOU WETZEL AND ALL THE STAFF!!

Lot marks up their vehicles to outrageous prices and then act shocked when you dont except their still high offer after "taking thousands off the price!" Probably the worst lot I have ever spoke with, especially the general manager. Told me "enjoy" and hung up the phone after I said his price was too high. Absolutely unacceptable.

our experience at the jeep dealership was awesome!! everyone from the salesperson (Lester) to the manager (Cory) to the finance guy (Todd) were fantastic. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Just ask for Lester and he will take very good care of you!!
