I bought a rocker recliner back in Feb 2015 and also bought the MFS warranty with it. 10 months later, the recliner developed an annoying clicking sound when rocked. The MFS warranty sent a furniture repair technician to the house and it was determined that replacing the entire thing would be more cost effective. The recliner we had was no longer made so I called back to the FFO Home in Searcy where we bought it and worked with the Assistant Manager, Dylan, for the replacement. After some dealings with MFS and FFO Corporate, Dylan ironed out all the wrinkles and we got full credit of our recliner applied to the replacement we ended up picking out. FFO Home Searcy and Dylan made this the 5 star review. His personality, genuine interest in customer satisfaction and helpful attitude definitely made our experience pleasant. Well go back for future business for sure.

This is my first time dealing with FFO. My family and I found what we wanted on our first trip. Our salesman was Dylan. He knew his stuff! The furniture was delivered. It was a sectional and so very comfortable! We tried to get it to fit comfortably in our home. I had to split it up to get it to work. I went back to FFO and told them my dilemma. Jennifer was the manager I spoke with. She assured me we could work something out. Jennifer showed me the exact same piece but it was in 3 separate pieces. My furniture was delivered yesterday and it worked out perfect! I am very pleased with the whole situation. My grandkids have already picked out mattresses they want. I will definitely be going back! Thank you for a great experience.

Going into the Searcy, AR FFO the experience was great, I did not feel rushed or pressure to buy anything. The personnel/employees that work in this location are awesome, great customer service, they take the time to show you around as well as answering any questions that you may have. One feels welcome as soon as you go through the doors simply because there is someone there to greet you with a smile and a positive attitude. So, If you are looking to buy your next piece of furniture head on to the FFO in Searcy, AR I know I am. I went to FFO in Searcy today to look at new furniture. We spoke with Dylan (assistant manager) and Jennifer (manager). They were amazing! Super professional and kind people, patient and sweet with my children as well. In fact, my children were begging to stay and "hang out" with them when it was time to leave. They answered all my questions, gave plenty of options, and never made me feel pressured in any way. This was HANDS DOWN the best experience Ive ever had in a furniture store! I absolutely recommend going to see them any time youre looking for new furniture. This place is as good as it gets!

I was in FFO about a month ago and picked out a sleper sofa and a recliner for my RV. I went back this morning for them to load them in my RV..WELL.. The sleper sofa was too big... 2 1/2 hours later we had decided on an arrangement and after sweating and etc. I am loaded and extremely HAPPY. The manager and her help were extremely patient and worked hard to make us both happy......... Made a friend and future customer forever... Cant say enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The folks at the Searcy, Arkansas were the best. They were super friendly, very courteous and very helpful. They did not pressure me into purchasing anything. I loved their merchandise and felt their prices were very affordable. I will be telling other friends and family members how I was treated and about their merchandise. Jennifer Moffett and her crew are very professional and acted like they were glad to see me. That speaks volumes.

FFO of Searcy is amazing. They especially Jennifer and the guys go out of their way to make sure your family is satisfied. They drove clear to ward where we live just to fix an issues. This was our 2nd big furniture from them in the last year. We got our living room set and accessories our first time. The second time we got an amazing mattress. I couldnt of asked for better service. Searcy rock!!! I recommend them for all your home needs.

Omg! The Searcy store is awesome! We came in looking for a mattress and we ended up getting a whole bedroom suit, mattress, and lamps!! We got no interest until 2021!!! Omggg!! Our payment is super low and I have never met people that were as willing to help us and do what they could do to help us!! Definitely recommend them to anyone!!

We received great service. Especially from Jennifer, she was the best. We have bought living room furniture and bedroom furniture. We had an issue with the bedroom furniture and they drove down to our house after hours to fix it. Will recommend everyone I know to go there for furniture needs.
