On May 24th, a Wednesday, we ordered a fridge. We were told it would arrive that Friday. Friday we called and were told it would be in the following Monday. Monday we called and were told it would be in Wednesday. Wednesday we called and were told it would be in on June 14th, 3 weeks after we placed our order. This has been incredibly inconvenient. If we didnt have a backup fridge we would have had to throw away all our food. I wish they had been straightforward from the start. EDIT: They are now under new management. The district manager noticed that we had a less than excellent experience and remedied that immediately. We are extremely satisfied with this store.

Not a team player. Dont expect any sears "all" stores help here be ready to drive a hour to the next town for retun of non working purcheses. Dont expect it to stay open with its policies.
