It was great. The young woman that attended the dressing room asked for my first name. Later at the register she called me by name. To me that means a lot. They have lots of very nice clothing at great prices. Plus they wanted my birth month and said that I would get a discount during the whole month. Awesome!!

HORRIBLE!! I tried to sell some shoes that had only been worn a few times and they said there were condition issues, thats funny because all the shoes they had out for sale were a lot more beat up that mine. Also, if you bring stuff to sell, expect to wait at LEAST 2 hours, so pack a lunch.

One girl was very nice but the other two behind the counter were awful!! Attitudes from heck!! A lot of the clothes are VERY OVER PRICED and I seen them being very rude to the people bringing clothes in. Glad I didnt bring anything and wait FOREVER to be told no and rude too JUST AWFULNESS

I take clothes here all the time. They dont pay top dollar, but you get paid right away (no waiting until the item sells). You can also get a store credit for your clothes. If you have nice clothes that they wont accept, think about donating them to Dress for Success on 31st & Harvard.

The clothes are nice. I bought myself a really nice shirt today for a good price, although the majority of the clothes in the store are for smaller people. If youre an XL or plus size like me then you wont find much for you here, but its worth taking a look!

I had taken in a basket full of nice clothes never been worn I go in to pick up what they decided to buy and I had 2 dresses never been worn a pair of gap pants and another item and they offered me $11. Will never sell here again.

Staff is rude, the time youll wait here could be much better spent traveling the distance to a competitive place like it in the area. There is nothing uptown about it, just very cheapskate.

Friendly employees ...but I feel like they low ball you on your items. The offers that they give you for your items is practiically like youre giving your stuff away for almost nothing.

Had very high fashion clothes. Fancy name brand. Great if youre willing to pay over 50 on some jeans that are used. I was able to find decently priced clothes.
