I have been a long time customer of this store and what I saw tonight and have been seeing for a few months has changed my opinion. First of all this store has 2 things going for it, its in a great location and its open later than most or even all other thrift stores. For the past 2 months I have been seeing the same stuff over and over with very few if not NO new merchandise, when I was in tonight my daughter needed to use the restroom so with permission I took her to the back where it was located When I saw piles of televisions and piles of dvd and vcrs tools and other items just sitting in the back, the very items I shop for and was unable to purchase because it was not priced or put out. large bins were located all around the store and full of toys,books,clothing etc... and people were looking through it only to be told its not priced so no sale. This is very poor management, I dont know the story on all these items in the back, but I DO know that you are not a pawn shop, there is NO reason to hold that many items, and its been this way for a while I can understand being short handed or noone is there to price it etc... but you CANT SELL WHAT YOU DONT PUT OUT!! If security is a concern then move the electronics to the back of the store put up more security cameras and maybe invest in larger glass cases behind the registers I am not the only one who feels this way I see a lot of money that can be made here and with a little work it will happen although I am very dissapointed in the shape its in I would like to see it change maybe this will open the eyes of management and provide the motivation they need to make the changes that will benefit everybody

GUARD THAT SHOULD NOT HAVE EVER BEEN ISSUED A GUN......A Clean cut light skinned African American male or He could have been NATIVE American from one of the tribes.This Customer came in store about 5 min. before clothes. Guard said you got a few min. Customer said politely Okay it wont take long. GUARD went crazy guard went off the deep end on customers. I was afraid for customers. Then he started in on white and Black customer in line that could see he had issues. Finally older white man told him to stop let these people pay and leave. He need help before he Kills someone He was angry enough to use deadly force this even scared the workers, Who could clearly see something else was bothering the Guard and it was not the customers. hope is wife and children are safe and not abused. THESE ARE CLEAR WARNING SIGNS PLEASE BE SAFE AND GET HIM HELP

Wanted to check out ReStore Rack as it opened not to long ago. I showed up early enough to get an "early bird" discount of 25% off my total purchase, not including sale tags (but those were 25-50% off anyway, so cant complain). The merchandise I looked at was good quality and fairly priced, so Ill be back. The service was also polite and friendly, which was a nice bonus.

This is one of my favorite local thrift stores. Im a book junkie and the books are all under $2. They also have a huge collection of unique knick knacks. I also like their pricing program. All items are priced and put on the shelf. If an item does not initially sell then the price is cut in half.

We have been shopping here for more than 15 years & they have helped me raise our family on the cheap! Our oldest is 23 now & we all still "LOVE" to browse here for great treasures that are priced right if youre patient. Its what thrift shopping is suppose to be! Thank you Value Thrift Store!

Finally had a chance to check out this store and we were very disappointed.Alot of the items are extremely over priced! We saw a few items priced for more than what they cost new at Wal-Mart or even Ross has them cheaper. On a positive note the store was organized and staff was very friendly.

High priced for a thrift store, bought a book out of the 50 cent box was charged $2.50 because it "didnt have a sticker and anyone could have put it there" ( like an employee maybe?) But its a charity of sorts so you may not have a similar experience.

The remodel and re-branding of this store was a wonderful surprise. All articles of clothing are now much easier to browse through and the store doesnt smell musty any longer. This is a new favorite stop for me.

Rude people someone smudged a price off an item I really needed to buy they take it to the back without saying anything when we walked back around he was rude and said he cant sell it to us and rolled his eyes.

Nice, clean, good-smelling store, same location, now its a Habitat for Humanity "Re-Store". A few household goods, but 98% of the stock is clothes and shoes.
