I went there today and was told that its only outside shopping. Are you kidding me?!? Its over 90* outside and there is no shade! I got stopped at the doors so I saw inside. Over half of your stock is inside on the sales floor. I was in a while back and saw some light up Christmas decorations still in the box. The box was kinda moldy and dusty but the original price tag from Wal-Mart was still stuck to the front. Wal-Marts price brand new was 2.99. Salvation Army price for second-hand was 5.99. How do you mark up a second-hand item. They do this all the time! They mark a price wrong and dont honor it. There was a box full of lps dolls on the checkout counter. It was marked 4 for .99. I asked the lady if that was right and she said it was. I was gonna get four of them. I went and shopped, came up to check out, and the manager told me that it was actually .99 each. I showed her the box marked with the price I was told. She then flips over the flap with the price on it to the back side that wasnt showing and it does say .99 each. She then tells me that I was not the first person to question the price. So she knew there was a sign problem and just chose not to fix it, then didnt honor the price I was told.

Its true, a portion of what they have is just junk. HOWEVER, I have gotten some MAJORLY great deals from this store in the past. I have purchased a 40" Television, and a full sized Haida bed Sofa. I paid only $20 for the Sofa and it was in magnificent shape! The Television came with a WORKING remote control and is still working perfectly. I also love their wide collection of collectibles and even VHS tapes. They have Clothes, Kitchen equipment, Various collectibles, Jewelry, Neat decorative items, Electronics, and outstanding furniture! Staff do not pester you and are usually willing to help you move any large purchases you may make. My favorite part is that all of the proceeds go to help people with alcohol and drug addictions. I visit the store at least once a week. I love it! I highly recommend it. :)

I do love finding up-cycle finds there, at really good prices (most of the time) Ive found several furniture pieces to re do not to mention other items including vintage cane chairs. Tho I do agree there management needs a lot of work, they cant price items at times so you ask the cashier they give you a price then there snooty manager comes along and almost doubles the cashiers amount. I mean I understand you need to make a profit to pay for the cost of employees, building up keep, etc but half the time when you say oh forget Im not paying that, give it a few days then go back then its 50% off. Im not quite sure if that helps them but it helps me...I think they need to realize they are a second hand store, not Macys or Nebraska Furniture, etc and price things to move... I mean you did get it free

The store play loud far right music that nobody wants to listen to.In between the music the disk jockey says how much they hate Catholics and the Democratic Party.Outside in front of the building they put up a large sign saying FAMILY STORE,what else would the store be?

Good prices, but store is dirty, bathroom is unfit for use and in need of repair. You would think that they could at least vacuum and organize. Perhaps they should hire more people and pay a decent wage.

They need to lower prices. Its all profit and they want $6 for a shirt very expensive especially for those who are making minimum wage and have children.

Isnt very good if youre looking for only thrifted clothes since many of their items are products of other stores that dont sell.
