This Disney Store is actually an outlet store that carries a lot of discounted Disney merchandise from their theme parks and stores. You are able to get a lot of authentic Disney merchandise that you would only be able to get at their theme parks at a fraction of the cost without having to make the drive all the way to Anaheim. Although they have a lot of discounted items, they also have new merchandise available for purchase at the same prices that you would find at your local Disney Store.

Just spoke with Heather at the Disney Store in Camarillo and what an UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE that was. It was like she could not be bothered with my inquiries. I hope that this is read by a manager at the Disney store in Camarillo and that on this day 8/15/16 @ 3:00pm the Heather (working tofay) is pulled aside and talked to about her lack of "ANY KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!" I AM ALSO AN AP HOLDER AT THE THEME PARKS AND KNOW THAT THIS IS NOT THE WAY DISNEY DOES THINGS. What a shame. :{

A fantastic way to get genuine Disney merchandise at a pretty good discount. As this is an Outlet version of the Disney store, you can find a significant discount of a variety of items from regular Disney stores. Additionally, because of the close location to Disneyland you will also find a variety of discounted Disney Parks items. You wont always find a fabulous deal every day so you sometimes you have to check back another day and you will find something.

Great experience just two problems... We couldnt find everything we wanted ( thats not to be expected) but also, there was only one cashier so we had to wait in a long line. But overall it was great we got some great deals and I would definitely come here again!

Anything Disney has my 5-star vote! Love that they always call me Princess and send me off with a wish to have a magical day! Feels like a tiny bit of Disney outside the park :)

Stuff is expensive but its Disney so its too be expected. Dont really think stuff here is cheaper than the regular Disney store even though its an outlet mall
