Traveled to this dealership from CT and man did I regret it. Not only were they not willing to negotiate, they also low balled me for my trade in. Another Honda dealership was willing to give me $12350 for my car, Hillside wanted to give me $9650. I initially thought this was a negotiation tactic until the salesman said "lets meet in the middle, how about 10k?" I thought he was joking because obviously, thats not the middle. Until he told me thats as most as he was going to give me. I looked up other dealerships in NY that were selling my car for upwards of 15k! When I asked to speak to a manager, he told me that we had to discuss the price between us before I could speak with anyone else. Horrible customer service. They didnt have the courtesy to at least negotiate since I came up 2 hours and that I had to leave my job (The FD) to come here. This would explain why the car has sat on the lot for more than 100 days. Horrible Horrible customer service. TL;DR: Low ball trade in appraisals and bad customer service. I didnt listen to the reviews, PLEASE, listen to the reviews.

They deserve 0000 star. This is the worst honda dealer i have ever seen in my life. They always try to push you for buy cars. Also they will give you high interest rate. They will also know lot of drama, like they will say, you not gonna able to get finance but we will try to help you then they gonna give you high interest rate from Honda Finance service.They also push you to buy warranties and charge you a lot. they charge me $3900 only for millage warranty. i did not know that. When i go back to them to cancel my warranties they tried to avoid me. they did not receive my call etc.... they gave me lot of had-etch....

0 stars. I bought a car here and have nothing but regrets. These people are nothing but thieves, finding every way to lie and take the customer for every penny they can. I keep discovering different ways they lied about every facet of the deal. This is a terrible business. These people have no integrity at all. I wouldnt be surprised if some of their practices were completely illegal. On the other hand, the service station connected to the new car dealership has been a pleasure to deal with, very competent and courteous employees over there.

Our sales guy Alex was great! We had seen our car online (2010 civic) and wanted to go in an drive it. We had the keys and were test driving it 15 minutes after we arrived on the lot. Everything went very smoothly. The finance guy David was pretty nice and even bought us pizza since the process takes a while.They honored the internet price on the car but he WILL try to rob you on Lojack so just say no and buy it online if you want it. Overall, a very pleasant buying experience. I would return for another used car.

Had my CRV there, the service person told me I needed my transmission and differential oil changed. "This is a heavy duty geographical area." he told me. The car only had 33k miles. He argued with me and told me that I absolutely needed it. He convinced me, and I had it done. I later did some research, contacted Honda of America, They asked me to submit the receipt, and gave me a full refund.

Listed a used 2013 Honda civic lx with no damaged. When I arrived and the bumper was trashed. I tried to make a deal with Shawn. He said I would have to pay for the bumper. 600 Dollars more to the price. And now I am looking to buy a new car 2017 Honda civic. This is a terrible place. "STAY AWAY"

Dont do business with these guys. Kept trying to force me into a finance option rather than letting me buy the car out completely. Its their way of making money which is why they kept trying to divert me from buying the car with a check. Avoid finance options at all means necessary.

This dealer needs to improve on its customer care. Went in there to look for a car and was told the lot was avblock away. Had to do a lot of walking to get there. Not a good assortment of vehicles.
