All I have to say is NEVER buy furniture from those large on-line retailers simply because of the experience I received at HOM furniture. Not only do they have a great selection and great/knowledgeable sales reps, they have something that sets the standards in retail today...SERVICE! We bought a 100% leather sofa loveseat and other items at their Eau Claire store, it was beautiful...BUT after 6 months the foam/seats broke down. We called HOM and they immediately sent out a tech rep to look it over. Throughout this process, we received several calls from their customer service following up with us to INSURE we were satisfied with the process of handling our concerns. It was determined the sofa/love were not repairable and they offered us a 100% credit. We went to the store, picked out our new furniture and in less than 15 minutes, it was scheduled for delivery in 6 days! So think about this when you buy furniture on-line: How would your online retailer handle something like this? Who handles the return/replacement...you? Would you have to handle all the calls, scheduling and possibly figuring out how to return a defective piece? Total shout out to Jim the store manager at the Eau Claire store and the CSRs that made this experience seamless !!!! This is the only store I will shop for everything for my home.

Mary was extremely helpful in assisting us in finding some furniture for our new home! She helped us get the best deal and followed through with us until the end, even coming in on her day off! Also, the delivery men, Taylor and Ross were very friendly and considerate, (taking their shoes off without being asked to)! They assembled everything and even put felt bottom protectors on my dining room chairs!! Had a little mishap with one of the furniture pieces, but they took care of it in a timely manner with no questions asked. Very impressed, and will definitely recommend to others!!!

Recently purchased End tables, Coffee table and cabinet. Staff was very friendly. We did make 3 visits and had 3 different staff persons. Did not feel staff was pushy. Was satisfied with store experience but was not happy when furniture was delivered. Was very dissatisfied; Cabinet had chip in corner that manufacturer tried to cover up and end tables and coffee table had very poor job of staining and had some chips. Very disappointed. Called store to report this and was told they will contact the person who handles this area, as want to return cabinet. Have not yet heard back.

I see a lot of bad reviews, but you get what you pay for. We have bought a $300 entertainment center and a $4,500 outside seating area and have been enormously happy with both. The delivery guys were great and when they unpacked a hutch we ordered and a hinge wasnt working correctly, they brought a brand new one the next week. Depending who we worked with, customer service was great or complete crap. So, great store, but make sure you have someone good to work with.

I just tried to apply here and the only people they hire are people with 0 life experience. They care nothing about college or training. Just go here and see their staff and management. If you want quality costumer service go anywhere else. This place is a joke and they will never have a good business until they stop hiring children from McDonalds to run the show. We bought a crib and were told that it was going to be available to pick up on Tuesday. My wife showed up excited to pick it up and was told it was not in. The customer service person told her the truck never comes on Tuesday. All the manager had say is that it was not there. They never apologized for telling us the wrong day. Didnt say they would call when it got in. They made us feel like its our fault.

I went in to look for a rug for my home since I will getting married soon and I wanted to fix up my house for my future wife. I worked with Jill in the rug department and she asked all the right questions and found me a rug that looked really good in my home. I was very pleased with the experience and will recommend HOM Furniture to my friends and family.

LOOK AT WHAT IS DELIVERED TO YOU!! Just had two furniture delivery guys come to deliver my sofa and tv stand. After I signed I noticed the right door did not shut properly. The guy said someone else would call me regarding fixing the door. He also suggested an exchange. I dont want to waste my time because they could not do it right the first time.

Was assisted by Brad. My wife and I were there to spend money but didnt want someone pushy and trying to get us to spend more than we wanted. We were prepared to walk out if the salesman were the "in your face " type. Brad was awesome. Helpful, knowledge, but not aggressive. We were satisfied with our purchases and plan to come back in the future.

My husband and I had a great experience at HOM. We both thought the staff was excellent, especially Emily, and enjoyed our shopping experience. We had some issues during delivery but they worked diligently to keep us happy and resolve the problems. I would highly recommend HOM Furniture!! We look forward to working with them again!

We had a good experience with our sales person, but I am surprised that the manufacturer did not include information on the upkeep of our table. Should we use furniture polish should we use place mats etc. When we called they were very helpful, but we still need to know how we insert the extensions should we need them.

BAD BAD Customer service. I gave them one star only because I had to in order to post my comment. My patio table came the wrong height, a chair was scratched, and they wont return phone calls when you call and call asking them when the replacements will arrive. Ill never shop there again.

Recently purchased a rug and after bringing home realized how poorly it was made. There were several pulls and it was as if the rug were years old. Very disappointing experience the customer service was also terrible. Dont waste your time shopping at this overpriced low quality store.

Horrible! Sales people & staff were a bunch of bumbling fools. Never returned phone calls or directly answered questions. Nobody cared about helping me order furniture. Disappointing and will not recommend to anyone else...WORST FURNITURE STORE EVER!

I was looking at a temper-pedic mattress for quite some time and no one in that section asked if I needed help. It seemed like they were having a meeting of some sort across the room and ignored me. Some of those mattresses cost 9k. Not a good move
