I drove 2 hours to check out a used equinox they had posted on their website. Before I made the trip I asked that they be upfront about any problems with the vehicle to which they told me there were none. I arrived, asked to test drive it to take it to a mechanic and the salesman wanted me to use "one of his buddies" (thanks but no thanks pal I want an honest evaluation!). I drove it to hometown auto (AMAZING GUYS!) and they said the vehicle had a tick and without knowing what it was it could either be a quick inexpensive fix or a very expensive replacement so they recommended I not buy the car until its repaired. I took it back to the dealer and told them about it to which the salesman and manager told me they were aware of the sound. This was red flag #1 considering they told me the car had no problems yet now they were aware of the sound. CCDJ called me this morning saying they replaced a timing belt and they can sell it to me for the full internet sales price. I told them the car yesterday was substandard in detailing, the seatbelts were still dirty and there were mickey mouse stickers on the dashboard (visible in their ad photos too!) . The sales man tried to tell me he was sorry the car wasnt clean but it hadnt been through detailing yet or else that would have been addressed. Caught in lie #2. The reason I knew this was incorrect is I was told yesterday it was fresh out of detail and you could smell the shampoo on the seats and tell it had been cleaned, just not properly. So I called CCDJ and pretended to be someone else asking if cars are detailed prior to sale and the lady told me all cars are detailed before being placed on the lot as policy. The third lie was I received a PDF from the manager showing me his reasoning behind the price and he listed that the NADA value of the 06 equinox was 8250 but he had to sell it at 8850 and moments later I got an email from the sales man stating the NADA value was 5695. I told them thanks, but I would never purchase a vehicle over NADA values. They haggle you on pricing and the manager even made a comment that he would never reduce his pricing because I drove in so far proving they were #1 on my list and fairly priced or else I wouldnt have come in. He was arrogant and unprofessional. I would never recommend CCDJ to anyone for a used vehicle.

Would not recommend them at all, unless your interested in fixing there used cars. Called about chevy equinox found online, asked if the car was mechanically sound. I live over hour and half away so wanted to be certain I wasnt wasting my time. They of coarse said yes has been inspected in service department and good to go. Told them I would have a trade in, they said no problem and would give me my full asking price. Sounds like a good deal, almost too good. Sales wraped up the deal lightning fast, sent us on our way. Thats when things went bad, while driving the vehicle home it made water moving sound behind dash board. Once we turned on heat in car, the smell of smoke reeked so bad made wife nauseous. Once I got vehicle home opened the hood to smell and seen antifreeze leak coming from the block, not pleased. Called them next day described what had happened, asked if I could return there broke vehicle and get mine back they said No Way. Deal is a deal they said. But out of the generosity of there heart they would take care of the problem. Which meant charging me 250 bucks to fix the car. So no problem I would love to pay you more money. Get the car back few days later only to hear same water noise behind dash board. Call them next day they tell me sounds like it could be heater core. That was the end, no bring it back and we will fix it. My advice is dont buy a used car here period. They know when a car has problems but its up to you to find and fix them.

For the second time within a month we asked Jordan Mackenzie to assist us in purchasing a vehicle. My husband and I were very impressed with not only Jordan but the whole staff at Community Chrysler. The first time we were there they assisted us in finding an appropriate car for our daughter, who is in her 30s. She has no credit rating and the vehicle she had prior to this purchase was a real beater she bought for cash. Unfortunately, someone crashed into her car in the parking lot at her work. They struck her car in the side hard enough to break the frame. She is a recovering addict, clean for three years. We did not want this wreckage of her car to possibly affect her sobriety. They helped us get her a reliable vehicle at a payment level she could afford. My husband co-signed with her to begin to build her credit. My husband and I met with Jordan last week to explore our purchase of a Chrysler Pacifica. We traded in two vehicles on that purchase. We told Jordan everything we wanted on a Pacifica. Jordan located the vehicle at another dealer, they showed us the options for financing that would achieve what we wanted at the best price. They gave us excellent trade in values. Once again we received excellent customer service from Jordan as well as your whole staff. They are fantastic. We are blissfully driving our Chrysler Pacifica Touring L Plus, Chrysler has developed the best vehicle on the road today with the Pacifica.

Just bought my 3rd car this year from Community Chrysler and couldnt be happier. My salesman Brad is great!! Lasyt week I called him and told him what I needed. Within the hour he called - said he had the perfect car and I bought it sight unseen. It was perfect. My husband had always wanted a specific Jeep that was a limited edition - great jeep commander and we had looked for that specific car for over 4 years before we moved here to Indiana. I was looking for a good used jeep for my sister when I first met Brad. I told him I could give her my Buick Rendezvous with very low mileage but only if I could find the jeep of my husbands dreams. I dont know how he managed it - but it happened - he said turn around and look at the driveway coming down the hill. THE JEEP - since then I have bought 2 minivans and been completely happy and never even had to leave the house. I have told many people to call Brad if they need a car and I hope they have followed through. The service department is great - they have helped me learn how to use a lot of features on the Commander - which is smarter than I am. But we love it and think the world of Brad. Thank you Brad. you made everything easy for me.

We just moved to Martinsville from the madness of the east side of Indy. We were in need of a work truck, and I was determined to patronize my new local car dealers before driving all over central Indiana. Our sales guy was Hector Mercedes. We cant say enough good about Hector and his approach. We were never subjected to any pressure, and Hector worked as a consultant instead of a pushy care salesman. We described what we needed and the price range we were interested in. Hector matched us up with everything that met our criteria and never tried to push the high end of our spending limit. Hector was a gentleman in all respects and treated my wife with the utmost courtesy and attention. The dealership was very relaxed and you never had the impression of high-pressure or desperate sales people. We interacted with Hectors manager and the "Finance Guy." Both fine men and very easy to work with. My wife and I very highly recommend Community Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge, and we suggest you schedule an appointment to work with Hector.
