I bought a BMW from Car Logic group and after about 3 weeks the engine started stalling out on me. I contacted the company, telling them that I had a shop look at it and discovered that the oil filter collapsed in the housing, meaning they lied to me when they said they did the routine maintenance, which usually involved an oil change ( which clearly wasnt done). After replacing some solenoids that I called and asked them about beforehand and they neglected to tell me they had already replaced them prior to me purchasing the car, my engine continued to stall. Turns out, if those solenoids dont fix the problem, its an engine issue and it has to be replaced. So not only did they not tell me the sensors had Been replaced when I called and asked if they were covered under my 3rd party warranty, but when I called to tell them I had a $10,000 job on this car they sold me not even a month later they basically told me I was out of luck and they werent willing to help any even though they knew the solenoids had been replaced and werent the problem with the car shuttering. Not really honest people. Wouldnt buy a car from them again, and would never send someone else there

We would give them 10 stars if we could!. Me and my wife ( billy and janice king) bought a 2006 dodge ram 4x4 recently, this is the easiest car lot I have ever " EVER " worked with. Easy to talk to. Makes the buying exp fun and pleasant. Told them what I could do and they made it happen. Very understanding, listnes to the buyers voice. Very good prices!. I think this will be a good relationship over the next year. And would refer anyone to this place!. All you have to do is call them if u hava a problem on payments, ect.. Will work with you. They run a complete carfax on all vehicles, will even print a copy for you. We will certainly look at carlogic again if we need another vehicle. Good job guys

Called about a vehicle on the lot. Told them we would go see it the following day. Arrived to find a filthy car. They didnt even bother to vacuum it or wipe it down knowing we were coming there to see it so I knew they wouldnt have bothered to havent mechanically checked out. It was also considerably overpriced be especially considering it had been in 2 accidents. . We asked what they had in it. They gave us a bigys amiunt. (We had a dealership owner we know to look into what they ACTUALLY paid which was not what they told us,). We left. A local gal told us later of their" less than sparkling reputation". Would never return or recommend this place.

I recently went down there to buy a vehicle that was cheap and I could work with, I ended up buying a 1997 Honda Civic from them which I intended to slowly fix. Yes it needed some cleaning but they offered a good down payment and payments that arevery well flexible for me. After a week or two the brakes started to squeal and later grind horribly sadly, The engine began to cause issues a couple weeks later and then died on me. Update: Car logic did pick up the vehicle for me which was very nice of them and sent it off to a trusted mechanic, havent heard back but them willing to try to find the problem and consult about the situation is great.

Best car buying experiences Ive ever had Jim , and Tony are very honest and reliable sales people and got me financed when no one else could for a 2010 charger after I wrecked my impala I got from them. And before I wrecked my impala head gasket blew and warranty was up and I still only had to pay $400 after it was done and they have very good mechanics got it done in a day some of the best down payments and car people out there and are more like family after a while

Car Logic group has the best customer service that Ive ever experienced from a car dealer. I went car shopping with my fiancé and after several pushy salesmen at other car lots, we decided to go to Car Logic Group. Tony and JC took care of us. We felt like we were being helped while finding a car instead of being sold one. I suggest anyone looking to buy a car go to Car Logic first.

My son got a car here., the tires were bald, it was not washed, it trunk broke, its grill came off. It was a car not fit to have and too much. Called to ask how they could sell a car with bad tires, they refused to talk to me or do anything about it. Kinda strange only positive reviews.
