We purchased a vehicle here, few days after purchase we found out the vehicle had to have several thousand Dollars worth of mechanical fixes. They are smooth and fast talkers, they say they are new owners they are not they are new partners with the old owners and when I tried to get help with my vehicle or see what they could do the "new" owner would no longer speak to me and would only have me deal with the old partner. All this after telling me they were trying to change the way people looked at this car lot because of the way the old owner ran it. This just goes to show there is not a difference. Unfortunate for them, bad Buissness. I would not recommend anyone to buy a vehicle here. They say they have their cars looked at and if they find a problem they send them to Auction. Not true! Buyer Beware!

This guy did not care about customer service or moving the cars. He was charging 7k for a 15 year old car, he said he did not guarantee any of his cars even passed emissions, you were not allowed to bring it back if it failed and his "bottom dollar" was barely a thousand dollars less than the sticker price. The car had been sitting on the lot for almost a year and when i mentioned that to him he said "I dont care how long it sits on the lot." He was rude, did not respect me as a customer, kept walking away during our negotiation and his customer service was terrible. I would not suggest buying anything from here, he will not work with you on a fair price. It was a waste of time.

I had a great experience with Music Town. Brian was friendly and available, but never pushy. he had exactly what I needed at a fair price, and I was flying in from out of town on a short turn-around. I needed things to go smoothly, and he secured easy financing for me at a good rate. When a piece of the vehicle was damaged in a freak carwash blow-out the morning I flew in, Brian ordered the part through my local deal, and paid for the local dealer to paint it. Im sure he took a financial hit but he did the right thing. I would work with Brian again.

In December of 2006 I bought a 1995 Trans Am for over $7000 from Musictown Motor Cars. I took it to Tom Bannen and Steves Autopro - both found it loaded with problems. Tom Bannen documented the need for an engine rebuild. Shortly after purchase I confronted Musictown Motor Cars with these discoveries and they were not helpful. The CARS Warranty it came with did not cover anything. I ended up putting $8900 into my $7000 car. I will never buy from there again. These are all factual statements.

They are smooth talkers! Turn around and walk away fast! In January 20016 we bought a Chevy Suburban, Well needless to say 2 days later check engine light came on, And it needed tons of work done.. It was knocking and making all kinds of crazy noises! They kept clear the check engine light saying it was ok! Terrible place! Do not enter!
