I have been delaying on writing my review for this dealership for a while. I was hoping someone would reach out to me to resolve the issues I have had since purchasing my vehicle but they have not. It seems that once you purchase a vehicle from this lot they wash their hands of you only to move on and scam the next customer. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in December 2016. Prior to signing the paperwork I had noticed there was an issue with a few sensors. The dealership promised to fix them. No problem. After purchasing the vehicle I noticed that the sun roof leaked and my mechanic noticed there was an oil leak. I contacted the dealership and let them know. They said they would fix it. Once again no problem. Until I had to to arrive to have to issues fixed. The first time I went down there to have the issues fixed, they had the car for most of the day. They said the could not find the oil leak. They did tell me that the were able to fix the sun roof their glass guy was able to work the seal and make sure it did not leak. So I said ok, let me take it back to my mechanic and have him write down exactly where he found the issue. So I followed up on my end made another appointment. This time I made the appointment for a Monday. It just happened to be Martin Luther Kings day. i asked them prior to confirming the appointment if they were going to be opened. They said yes and to make sure I was there at 9. I drive down there and guess what... they are closed. So I call the following day because... THEY dont call to apologize. I left a message for the head mechanic. I get no response I called a few more time over the week and I am finally able to talk to him. He said he was sorry he meant to call but did not have access to the customer records to let me know. Fine, I set up another appointment, I list all the issues I was having and he agreed to fix them. I also let him know that the roof was leaking yet again. I set something up for a saturday and get there only to leave my car with another mechanic. I was there all day. Once the mechanic is finished he let me know that he was able to find the oil leak and fix it. I asked about the other issues. He said the head mechanic never mentioned it. At this point I am fed up. So I decide to have my own mechanic fix the issues. Almost $700 later I was able to get the sun roof fixed and the sensor issues fixed. This was in February/March. Yesterday I noticed that my car was skipping a little as if it didnt want to switch gears or move. So I take it to my mechanic. I leave it with him over night, he initially though the issues was a sensor but couldnt get the codes to show up again. So he takes the cover off the engine to find that the hoses has been connected with zip ties. PLASTIC ZIP TIES! This is the final straw! My mechanic said that the zip ties the way they were connected they were squeezing the hoses and causes the error codes to show up. He said that they could have caused my brakes to lock up at any point! I have 3 children! What would this shop had done if they were injured or killed in an accident because they hire these "mechanics" to perform backwoods work on the vehicles they sell? I would never recommend this shop to anyone. They are only looking for a sale. They dont sell quality vehicles, they do their best to move you through the paperwork process only to replace that space on the lot with another piece of trash car held together with zip ties and only God knows what else. I included the picture of what my mechanic found under the engine. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Update as of 6/13/2017. So my car roof has continued to leave since I purchased it in December 2016. I took it to a local GMC dealership and explained the problem. They let me know within 30 minutes what the issue is and was able to fix it the same day. It was simply the drains in the roof. It cost another $600 but at least I have no more issues with this car at the moment.

Son unos ladrones. Me atrase dos cuotas y me mandaron a recoger el carro, ok es my culpa pero detrás de este problema me doy cuenta que son las personas mas ladronas, inhumanas y descaradas que haya conocido. Resulta de que pague casi $9.000 dólares en año y medio antes que me lo quitaran y resulta que solo abone $2.000 al carro y luego llamo para recoger todas mis pertenencias y la secretaria me dice "puedes venir cuando quieras, no necesitas cita, tus cosas van a estar acá" dos semanas despues voy y me dicen "no sabemos donde están tus cosas" y ahora me llaman para decir que las mandaron a un warehouse y que por ley las tuvieron que botar! Y que el dealer no me va a responder porque "es la ley"!!! La ley de que? De aprovecharse de la necesidad de la gente, de quitar los carros please estan bien tenidos? Porque les aseguro que si mi carro estuviera malo ahí si me lo hubieran devuelto para terminar de pagarlo! Ahora ellos nunca escriben cartas oficiales haciendo cobros o notificando la mora, ellos solo "llaman" please no invierten ni un peso en correo. Ahora yo me quedé sin carro y sin pertenencias en las cuales Habian documentos muy importantes para mi y ellos felices con 7000 en el bolsillo mas la re venta del carro. La vida no se queda con nada. Espero que la gente prefiera buscar opciones mejores que este lugar que se aprovecha sobre todo de los que no tienen papeles y saben que necesitan un carrito y les clavan los intereses mas sucios aur puedan. Son unos ladrones! Se los dije en la cara y se los repito aqui! Se que rapidito van a borrar esto así que el que pueda que lo comparta para que no les pase lo mismo!

DONT BUY FROM THE SCAMMING DEALERSHIP!! Check the Better Business Bureau, they have multiple complaints for this dealership and the mechanics!! This was seriously the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. A car I had purchased before coming here and been stolen. I needed a new car but couldnt finance too much since I still had the other car loan (was waiting for insurance to pay it off). I came in with $1000 (which for me was hard to save up since my job paid not much over min wage) and told them my situation and I knew they had a beetle there and I love beetles. They drive the car up to me and opened my door so I could test drive it. It seemed fine. I got home that night and the car wouldnt lock!! The locking mechanism in the car was broken! I came to them because my previous car was stolen and they sell me a car that doesnt lock. I had the car for exactly one week. In that week the car had multiple issues. It was an automatic but the engine kept sticking between gears, wouldnt lock, the coolant light kept coming on, and the list goes on and on. I called them almost every day that week. I was told that the locking mechanism was a cosmetic issue (which of flipping ridiculous) and that the coolant light on beetles he thought was supposed to be on (I may be a female but I am not stupid) and that they could look at the car for me but I would need to pay for the fixes. The bank called me to interview for the loan. I told them all the issues with the car and that I was not happy so the ended up denying the loan. I called the dealership and told them I would be bringing it back. They tried to force me to keep it and say they would do an in house finance. I refused. Brought the car back. I had it from a saturday to the following saturday (exactly 7 days) and they refused to give me the $1,000. I pointed to the document I signed stating that if the bank denies the loan they have to return any deposits or payments. They stated that they dont have a "cooling off period" and since I told the bank I wasnt happy with the car then they wouldnt return my money. I contacted a lawyer and they said there is multiple complaints with this dealership and they have multiple reports to the BBB but the cost of pursing my $1,000 wasnt the best idea because it would cost more to get it back the what its worth. BIGGEST RIPOFF AND LIARS I HAVE EVER MET!!!
