I financed my very first car June of this year thanks to Matt & Moses. Ive always paid for cheap cash cars to get by but it was time I purchased something I really liked and wanted. I got a 2010 Nissan Sentra and I have loved it since the day I drove off the lot. Moses & Matt went through hoops & loops, car after car and I was a first time buyer. First time buyers are always had to get approved but I thank you both dearly for all the hard work and late nights they worked for me! Customer service is excellent. I did have a minor wobble and Moses told me to bring the car in the next day. They replaced all my tires along with a front end alignment. I was very appreciative of the treatment I received. I felt like I was their only customer because they were on top of everything on the spot. I highly recommend Atlantis to anyone especially first time buyers. Thank you all so much!

My son was scheduled to leave for Marines boot camp July 13 so I decided to do a going away party at Summer Waves for him . I rented a black KIA van from this company . The van made it from Florida to Georgia . However it never crunk up again once it was time to leave the water park. There was not road side assistance number to call, no answering service, no voice mailbox, no owners manual for the vehicle Absolutely no way to contact the rental company. We where stuck with at least 8 people traveling from Jacksonville. This was a Saturday and could not even speak with anyone until Monday morning once they opened again. I had to call a family member to come from Florida to Georgia to come pick up me and my family. We did not arrive back home until 1 am because of this incidence. This was a horrible experience and I will NEVER deal with this company again!!!

I bought a car from Atlantis over a year ago. I didnt have the best credit, but Matt and Moses didnt judge me because of it. I had an idea of what I wanted, and Moses had his own idea. Needless to say, he put me in a car that was a perfect fit. I still want my dream car, so maybe we can figure something out down the road lol. I had a minor issue with the car, but Moses didnt hesitate to tell me to bring it back. Jerry took care of my car the same day. If you want to buy a car from people that really care about more than just your money, Atlantis is the perfect fit for you. I must say i had an awesome time with the guys at Atlantis. Matt was great he didnt pressure me into buying a car, or try to put me into something i didnt want..Thanks for that Matt. I told him what i could afford a month and he worked with me and ran me option for my money. I ran into a problem on my end and he patiently waiting on me didnt blow up my phone, i was very impress with this dealership and the staff. And lets not forget Moses(owner) he is too cute, he was just as awesome as Matt. I wish yall great success. And for those that want to know i bought the grey 06 Dodge Magnum and i am loving it.. I had been shopping for a car for over a month with numerous rejections or other dealerships requiring a large amount down. A lot of other dealerships were also just not very helpful. As I was on my way home I stopped by one last dealership and right from the beginning they were friendly and extremely helpful!! Within 24 hours the sales team (Moses and Matt) had me within a great and reliable vehicle!! These people must have been my guardian angels considering they had no idea of the absolute need for a vehicle!!! My down payment was reasonable and so are my payments...... Thanks Atlantis!!!

Thr rental division of this company is aweful and the lady is a cold hearted ripoff artist. She made it impossible for me to use my own insurance and made me purchase their insurance. I paid $350 for a van that ran like crap and smelled like a wet dog. I also paid a $200 deposit and she wouldnt give me my deposit back. I paid $550 for 2 days. Aweful experience. She scammed me so bad and talked to me so horribly. I really needed a car to travel at the last minute and she totally took advantage of me.

I drove from Tallahassee to Jacksonville in hopes of getting a better deal than I would have back home and i am very happy i did. Matt and Moses at Atlantis were great, very professional but most of all fair and honest. I know saying, a used car salesman who is actually honest is pretty much like saying Santana Claus is actually real but Matt and Moses are 2 honest guys that just happens to sell used cars. Needless to say i was very happy and would recommend it to anyone.

I was in the market for a vehicle due to being in a car accident and my car being totaled. Everyone I went to was giving me the run around due to concerns with the loan for the totaled vehicle not being paid off by insurance yet. When I went to Atlantis Rent A Car And Sales, not only did they give it to me straight, but they got me in a vehicle within 24 hours after searching for almost 4 weeks. This shouldve been my first stop. Moses and Matt are great at what they do!!!

Please don't waste your money I was buying a car it was an 03 and it broke down when I got all the way back home which is 45mins away from Atlantis they said bring back to get a new car went back and got an 08 and broke down 2days later so if you wanna give them money and back a car then go ahead because they don't do refunds and if you change your mind it will go on your credit as a repo so end the you end up broke and carless..............
