My car was making a crazy clicking noise when I would turn, so I decided to take it into Weikert Ford today....I have always been anti dealership, having mechanics as friends and family. Thought they were a waste of money and I might as well just roll down my window and through the money out....lol After my experience today I am Pro Weikert Ford!!!!! I arrived promptly for my apt and was greeted by the service writer Dana, she was great so I was pleased with my decision, however I didnt realize just how pleased I was about to be....Dana took all my info and showed me to the waiting room. I spent the next 45 minutes trying to decide how many useless things my service tech was going try to talk me into. After the initial 45 minutes Dana came and asked me to please come out side, this is where I met my service tech Mark Davis. Mark told me that he was unable to hear the noise I was hearing, but would look again after performing my oil change. About 30 minutes later he returned and still said he couldnt hear the noise or find any issues with my car....I was shocked he didnt try to sell me a bunch of unneeded repairs. Having such a good experience so far I would have been ok to just chauk the noise up to my crazy imagination. It was then that I realized how great this service team was....Mark told me that he was there all day and if ant any time I heard the noise to bring it back and hed try to look again.. I paid the cashier and left. I headed to the gas station afterwards and as I rounded the pumps, there was that noise again. I headed straight back to Weikert, fully expecting him to have left before the crazy lady had returned, however there he was. he got in the passenger seat and we headed to an opening in the lot so I could let him hear the noise....FINALLY he heard it and knew instantly what it was.....nothing that a little bit of time and grease wouldnt fix. I couldnt believe the amount of time and care that was shown to me today, so in true Polk County fashion I returned to Weikert Ford with a case of beer in hand to show my appreciation to this man whom could have very easily dismissed me as a nut case!!!!!! Weikert Ford has earned a customer for life!!!

To Justin Land, It is important for me to thank you for your customer service and professionalism you exhibited during our recent car purchase. As I related to you during our interaction, prior to visiting with you in the afternoon we had visited another Ford dealership in the morning. It was our perception that the sales team at the other dealership was deceptive in their dealings and tried to take advantage of a hurried situation. On the drive to you my wife was reviewing the written negotiations sheet proffered by the other dealership and discovered a charge for $795.00 on their written negotiations sheet that was listed as optional equipment. Additionally, the amount shown for our trade-in was different than what we had agreed to. My wife called and the sales rep said that the optional equipment was an alarm system, which they could take off and it was just a mistake that the trade in price was not listed properly. Certainly, the sneak addition of optional equipment was not a mistake and makes suspect the trade-in price difference . It was very obvious to my wife and me that you were a professional and understood that in any negotiations both parties need to feel that they were treated respectfully and honestly. We felt that and that made the entire process stress free. I had a career in the chemical industry as a Human Resources professional and as such, had the opportunity to hire many, many sales reps. You exhibited all the characteristics, competencies and behaviors that I looked for in sales reps that I hired to represent our company. The sales force is the face of a company and certainly you are the face for Weikert Ford. In conclusion, thank you for a great experience……….as Carole remarked, she has never left a car dealership following sales negations where she hugged the sales rep. I would like to leave an extremely positive review for Weikert Ford as I encountered a wonderful sales team and had an overall enjoyable experience at this dealership. Trips to the dealer are generally stressful as car salesmen have tendencies to pressure and disregard the opinions of the purchaser. Fortunately at Weikert Ford I had the pleasure of coming into contact with Stephen Weikert. Stephen was completely different than any other dealer I have come in contact with. He listened to my concerns and addressed my specific needs. If I seemed disinterested in a particular vehicle that he was showcasing he explained the objective perks of that vehicle but then immediately moved on and focused on the vehicles that I was interested in. He did not try to persuade me any other way, he merely helped me explore options. Additionally, he spent a thorough amount of time explaining the mechanical parts of the vehicle to me that I did not have much of an understanding of. Further, Stephens dedication to customer service extends past the purchase date. I have observed the ways in which he follows through with customers after the purchase of their vehicle by insuring adequate maintenance and repairs; whether it be at Weikert Ford or another Ford dealer. This was very comforting to know as a consumer. He was not merely interested in business at his own dealership but wanted to ensure that Ford owners received good care no matter where they took their vehicles to be serviced. Based on my experiences at Weikert Ford I certainly recommend this dealership for any consumer in the Central Florida area and will definitely return.

I recently purchase a 2015 F-250 Powerstroke at Weikert Ford and I couldnt be happier. I searched and searched multiple ford dealers across the area looking for the right truck. When I thought I found something right for me, the deal just didnt seem quite right. After a few suggestions from friends, I finally called up Stephen at Weikert Ford to see if he could find me a truck that would fit. Even though they didnt have in stock what I wanted, he was able to find me a truck in no time and thoroughly explain all the options it had over the phone. I didnt even need to look at the truck to know it was the one. Once I decided it was the truck I wanted, he was able to provide me with the bottom line price and all the other fees all out front so there was no questions. I was confident the deal was better than what I would have gotten anywhere else but that wasnt the best part for me. The service was beyond any other dealer I had visited or called before. I have a very busy work schedule which doesnt allow me to spend hours upon hours sitting at a dealer haggling and doing paperwork. Stephen was able to get all the information he needed from me over the phone in a matter of 15 minutes so all I had to do was walk in, sign the papers and drive away. I was in and out in a matter of 30 minutes. The service was exceptional and all the members of the staff that I encountered were just as friendly as Stephen. I highly recommend dealing with the folks at Weikert Ford. I definitely plan on being a repeat customer for many years to come.
