I bought my car 5 days ago from Dealer Services in Leesburg. The experience there at initially buying was a great experience. Anthony is wonderful, efficient and helped immensely with showing service records on each vehicle. My car is high mileage (150k) and was sold as is. That night the steering went completely on the vehicle. I called Anthony first thing the next morning and he was extremely kind. He sent me to Roger at the Apopka Dealer Services. I spoke with Roger a few times directly after speaking with Anthony and he was professional, kind and helpful. Told me to come out any time and the hours they were open. He was even willing to go out of his way if it should be a part that needed time to get as I needed my vehicle for work. We took the car in that day and he was again extremely kind and welcoming. They replaced the belt on it without any problems. I was very grateful for his help and the process being so simple. At this point I would have given this dealership and Roger himself my most heartfelt recommendation with 5 stars. The night I took the car back, as I was working, the steering system started squealing and became more difficult to turn. I work in my vehicle over 6 hours a night constantly. As many, my vehicle is my job and I am always very aware of the small things that can become larger. I wasnt really panicking but called Roger the next day (two days after the sale of the vehicle) and again he was extremely kind and easy. I said its possible I am being paranoid but asked if I could just bring it out. He said the hours for the next couple days and to just bring it out and they will look at it. I got hit with migraines the next day so we had to wait another to bring it back out (the drive is over an hour). When I got there this time, I was taken back to his office where he was belligerent and said nothing while I sort of stammered that I had talked to him about bringing it in. He was most definitely not the same kind man that I had talked to previously. He seemed hurried and acting as if we were annoyances bothering him. He took the key and said he would look at it. I was already prepared to just take the key and leave with the way he was acting honestly. I just didnt need the extra stress. He was back maybe five minutes later stating both he and a sales person agreed there was nothing wrong then lead in with a lovely, "I dont know what you expect from power steering......" He would have gone on but I had a long drive home, my head was aching and I just wanted to get through the traffic and leave. It was really pointless. I am having my own mechanic look at the vehicle in the next few days. I love this car. I can add that I am very happy I purchased it and we have money put aside; I know what as is means. I would not have even bothered to come out if he was just going to take a three minute glance (which I can do myself) at it and have to deal with the additional stress. It has been a few days and the steering is still difficult (especially to the first points and last points of rotation execution) and the squealing continues. I can find no leaks but I know PTs can still be temperamental. I also understand the difference in how cars should steer (even with power steering); I have been driving professionally for over 20 years. I would not have minded if he had come out and said that they didnt see anything but we should still have it checked out by a mechanic or even if he had stated on the phone that the car wasnt under warranty and he couldnt do much more then they did. It would have saved a long trip and a very long day. I would send a friend to purchase a car here but with a warning that really you need whenever you purchase a used vehicle; spend a little extra for a professional opinion and have a little money put aside in case repairs may be required.

I have bought two cars from this dealership, and even tho I am giving it a total thumbs down, my first experience was just the opposite, I would have given given a 5 star Or better if possible). BUT things change, what a contrast! Both cars I purchased were as this type of deal generally is, sold with no warranty, I accept that. The first car I purchased, developed transmission trouble in less than two months, a transmission shop said it was an inherent defect in several Honda models and would require a rebuild at $1500 which I didnt have. Went back to Dealer Services who arranged to have a shop repair it at their cost ($750), and added it on time to my monthly payments, with no interest! Move forward two years, decided to trade up, and went back because of my excellent experience. The car I chose had AC problems, and they gave a we-owe to repair that as part of the purchase arrangement. They recharged the AC, put dye in it, and said to bring it back if it stopped cooling. It did, but I was out of town, called them and they said to bring it back when I returned. They now had a new service manager that didnt even answer my calls for over a week, until I contacted the business office. He said I had waited too long and would have to pay for the repairs. After checking, declared the compressor bad and charged $500. Within 2 miles, AC quit, went back, and he said was probably something else, after checking, said was debris in lines from failed compressor (didnt purge?), after a few days same thing, took it back now he says that he should have replaced the cleaner/dryer and capillary, but didnt to save me money, now another $400 charge, and I learned that by not doing it to begin with, voided the warranty on compressor. (checked on internet, whole job done correctly should have been $650-750). Went to talk to business manager (also new), he berated me for interrupting his lunch without even test driving the car, and after a heated discussion, (I wanted the job re-done correctly with all new parts for $750, including the $500 already paid, he said he would do it for time and material about $1200) called me a deadbeat, tore up the bill, and told me to get out and never come back! What a difference. The AC is now not cooling properly again, and I have no choice but to go somewhere else and pay all over.

I purchased aa2007 jeep and in less than 24 hours the transmission started acting up. I immediately called them and brought the jeep back. The owner was extremely arrogant and refused to fix it because it would cost too much. Not only that but the AC was blowing warm on one side. So he starts cusing out the salesperson who sold me the car telling him why the F**k did he sell me that car. Ok, why would YOU buy this car and push it on to someone else? Bad business! So, he quickly went in his office and write me a check for what I paid him and was very quick to say that I can find another car. I found another one, which he claimed wasnt ready yet, but it was out on the lot to view and that he would calculate the numbers. Grant it, this vehicle was older than the jeep which was fine, until he tells that I will need an extra $250 because it was worth more. So, I decide against. A week later I brought my stepson there to buy a car. Reason being is that I really liked the salesperson Jarvis, he was so nice, helpful and professional. While I am there, the owner comes out and tells that I cant buy a car from him because I already purchased one from another dealer which I in fact did. So I told him that the car is not for me, so he had the nerve to ask me why I didnt take my son to the other place! There is more arrogance to the story but Im not going to take up the page. I was shocked at how snobby he was from day one and Im happy that I decided against purchasing a vehicle from him and my son wont either. Too bad for them because my sin was buying a car cash, no financing and the minimum he was spending was $6500, maximum $9000. Do not deal with him, hes an arrogant man.
