Customer service is very poor. I emailed them, as the directions on the website said, to inquire about the price of a truck. As soon as I sent the email, I got an automatic response that said they were out of the office and that I needed to call for the price. I felt like I was already a part of some game that they play, so I emailed them again and told them to disregard the first email because it started to feel like a run around. Two days later, I received an email from a Ms. Gail Hedglin that was very rude. It stated that I didnt understand the car selling business and that I have a bad attitude, therefore I must have bad credit. I replied that I had decided to go through a larger, more reputable dealership because most of the smaller companies were giving me the run around. I also told her to delete my information and not contact me again. Ms. Hedglin then responded by laughing and calling me an idiot. All of this because I wanted to know the listed price of a vehicle. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!! THEY ARE NOT LOOKING OUT FOR ANYONES BEST INTEREST OTHER THAN THEIR OWN!!!

Am the recent customer that requested the Purchase Order on the 2004 RV Allegro. I received the request barring over a $1000 difference for the internet advertise price. I ask the lady with the southern accent for clarification, and she went off on me like I killed her cat. She was so rude that I forgot I was a pre-approved customer trying to buy her vehicle "site unseen". I only wish I was present to delivery the message she should have got!!!! She should be on a chained-up and not be allow to interface with the customers. JSN

just called this car lot ask them a price of an suv she said 10.900 i said ok what about the down payment she said it depends i said ok them she ask about job etc.etc. then she said what about your bank account i said i dont have one them she got rude with me and said i cant help you and hanged up the phone on me......didnt even ask me do you have a co-signer or can you put a bigger deposit or nothing just i cant help you an just hung up the phone on me she didnt know i was trying to buy a suv cash for my small business

well to say the least , this place truly just wants your money . I tried to do a job they were hiring for and was greeted with smoke and mirrors about the details of the job. she started cursing at me and sent me away . people like this should not be in buisness . there is a 2006 ford with a tim chain issiue it needs a new pump and time set ,the cust that bought it should demand there money back. everything i have said is true , and i would stand up in court to repeat it ! be warned

The owner vursed at me called me a dumb a**. I asked where her southern hospitality was and she said to take my bad credit back to Alaska you dumb a**... Keep in mind never asked income never asked for credit score or anything. The owner of this place is ghetto trash. So I went and bought an RV somewhere else. I may be from here, I may be from a small farm town in North Dakota, but I usually have a thick skin when in the city. This lady is ghetto 100% ghetto.

I had to give one star to leave a review but she doesnt even deserve one. I called about a vehicle posted on Craigslist and she went off on me telling me they were closed then hung up on me. No hours were posted in listing.... I sent a email about it and she replied by cussing me out calling me names I cant post on here. She told me to go elsewhere she doesnt want my money, no problem at all. I would suggest going anywhere but this place.

The owner of this establishment is far from 1st class. This is what she sent a professional insurance company on a client that was not even insured their agency. She even used profanity in her email. The 5 star reviews that are on google are created by her and her employees. I am not sure who would want to do business with a woman with such lack of professionalism and that kind of mouth. If I could I would give a negative 5 stars!

The lady there was rude right off the bat. Didnt catch her name, but she had a southern accent. She first started out by insulting me by saying I sounded 12 years old. When I told her I was 22, she asked me how much money I made per hour and how long I had been at my job, then told me she couldnt help me. She had no idea how much money I had to spend on a car.... I had the money to buy the car I wanted outright little did she know.

I honestly dont understand how this place can remain in business! The name of "First Cass Auto Sales" IS A JOKE..Should be more like "LOW CLASS AUTO SALES." By far the rudest most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with. This should be the last place ANYONE should go if u need a vehicle. The lady (scumbag) seems to be used to bullying people by sending threatening text messages and insulting them. Dont buy from here...

I looked for an suv for weeks and nobody would finance me because i had only been here for a few months from NY and Gail got me financed. I very much appreciated her helping me. She guaranteed the loan and i only put down 1500. Trust me I went to lots of places. I just wanted to show my appreciation and I love the Expedition it was what i was looking for. It was extra clean too. I would recommend this place to anybody.

DO NOT GO HERE. I called for information over the phone and she was completely unprofessional. I have never bought a car before and was asking very basic questions in a polite way to which she responded with incredibly rude and snarky quips. She was not helpful whatsoever. If she handles selling cars the way she handles speaking over the phone, I would seriously reconsider purchasing from this woman. STAY AWAY!

This car lot saved me. I have bad credit and had a repo last year due to the economy and they trusted me and financed a 2008 Ford Lariat for me.I got the payments that I wanted and the down payment Ms. Gail worked with me because I didnt have all of the money. They are nice folks to do business with and I bought the 5yr warranty so I can take it to Ford for all repairs.. Thanks again all of you at 1st Class.
