This store is completely incompetent of giving concise information. The information we received from this store did not in any way reflect what corporate says. Through a series of unfortunate events, one mistake, that this store made, cost my wife and I in excess of $1800. Corporate l, however, was helpful. The only problem is that it took 3 hrs plus for my wife to resolve a myriad of billing issues. Stay far away from this store. Its loaded with people who are not properly trained and are incapable of solving any billing issue. Complete joke and one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS STORE UNTIL THEY BEGIN HIRING/training people who can actually resolve issues and input data correctly on a computer screen.

THIS LOCATION SUCKS! I went couple of days ago to switch my existing at&t service from postpaid to prepaid and waited almost 40 mins to fix it. At the end they said they couldnt do it and I have to go to bigger store. Today I went to the store with my own unlocked device to get prepaid plan, they started telling me to buy new device which is not a problem but when I told them that I dont need any new device. They said; they dont have the sim size that fits in my phone. What a disorganized and weak AT&T store ? They even dont have a sim card cutter. If you are looking forward to resolve any AT&T issue or in need of AT&T service, its worth to drive 10-15miles away rather than to go to this store.

I have ever experienced a staff so rude and disinterested in helping me despite the thousands of dollars Ive spent in that store. I will never do business there again. Ryan, the manager even refused to give me a district manager contact. They sent me to Rockwall to resolve an issue where I was taken care of with great service and informed that not only could they have resolved my issue in Forney, they are obligated to as the face of att. I cant be clear enough about the staffs lack of any desire to help a friendly customer.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I was charged over $100 for a new phone on my card. The transaction went wrong somehow and I was not refunded the money back to my card and was told to leave with no refund and no phone! When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told he was on the phone and could wait 15 min to an hr. After waiting for 2 hours and never speaking to someone in charge, I paid another 200 to finally get the phone I came in for. Complete bs! Never going here again.

Came in needing help about a tech issue and a bill pay, was quickly and easily taken care of and even had them set me up on a new plan to save me money. And the deals they had on smart security for .99 one time definitely sparked my interest and decided to set it up. Very friendly and helpful group of individuals!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff.! Went in to have my phone looked at. Was seated and greeted within 2 mins of being there. Sandra was so sweet and really took care of me. She went above and beyond to make sure I left happy.

Some of the most helpful people I have ever met at an AT&T store. Came in to fix a problem with my bill and they got it fixed and they even were able to get a credit on my account through customer service. Genuinely amazing
