Two employees deep in discussion about their private lives never noticed me walk in the door, stand there and try to identify where in this store were the items I came in for. The signs hanging from the ceiling helped me find welding supplies. I did not see what I was looking for nor an employee to help me. While there I got on Amazon, found my items, ordered them online there in the Tractors Supply isle, -one day free shipping!

Store is nice & tidy, but the staff tonight (2 separate associates) were NOT helpful, which is not the norm for this store in my experience. Really disappointed. Ill give them another shot for convenience of location & hope for better which I usually receive at TSC-Princeton.

Do not contact them via phone chasing a part. I went through three country & western songs waiting for the associate to return to the phone. I got transferred and then the new associate finally found the part.
