Terrible experience with both this store and corporate. I will NEVER use Rooms To Go again. To begin, I bought a motorized memory foam mattress, which I absolutely love, and I bought the bed frame that was on display with the mattress (assuming they were compatible if they were showcased together)... BOY WAS I WRONG. Whenever I would try to use the motorized feature to to incline my mattress, the side panels of the bed frame would scratch up the fabric on my mattress. After a few nights of hearing a weird scratching sound when using the remote for the bed, I finally realized what was happening and I called customer service. They were polite and allowed me to exchange the bed frame for one of equal value. I was ecstatic and went to the store right away. Once my new frame was delivered, everything went horribly wrong. After the delivery techs left my house, I went upstairs to move the bed back a half-inch because I didnt want it right up against my wall. Unfortunately the side panels were not installed properly and instead of the bed frame moving back when I tugged on it, the entire headboard detached from the side panels. I was furious and called customer service to tell them what happened. They informed me that the delivery drivers didnt have time to turn around and come back because of their schedule. I replied with, "thats understandable, but I have another delivery driver scheduled to arrive later today to deliver a different item. Can you guys have that delivery driver help me reinstall the headboard to my bed?" Customer service replies, "hes not obligated to help you if hes delivering another item, but you can ask!" I replied with "mam, I spent over $500 on this bed frame that your workers did not install properly and youre telling me that even though one of your employees is coming to my house for a delivery later today you cant have him spend 2 minutes lifting the other side of the frame so I can reattach it?" She replies, "like I said sir, you can ask him." Im sorry but that is ridiculous, how is that customer service? If this is how its going to be I might as well have saved the money at IKEA and built it myself.

I have to give my experience a 3 star because of the Acceptance now rep Barbara A. She is a great example of what excellent customer service should be. When I first walked in the store I was treated my a rep from Rooms to Go by the name of Wilton. Seemed okay at first. He is a lazy, disrespectful employee. I over heard him tell another rep things about his boss which should not be said in the presence of of customers especially when you should be focused on your the customer in front of you. He straight up lied to my face, and could careless about annoy but himself. Not sure why, especially when hes not pleasing to the eye. I honestly do not like liars. When I walked in the store. I asked specific questions such as if I purchased today, could it be held and delivered by the 3rd week of July. He told yes no problem they have blocks of hours and it would not be a problem when it came out to setting up driver after I made my purchase it was a big problem. What was his response ... Cancel and told one of Managers there to cancel it and then he walked away like he was some big man on campus. He is a DISGRACE to Rooms to Go.He is just very unhelpful!!!! he is lazy and kept walking away and to go find a seat some seat in a corner (lazy much?) Anyways thank you to Celeste and Barbara A they were very helpful. Trust me this will more than likely be last trip to this place. Never again! Apart of me wish I cancelled my order smh... too bad I really liked the couch, but never again will purchase anything from here

Normalillo algo costoso y no tienen ningún tipo de opción para personas con el credito nuevo así que no pierdan el tiempo si tienen el crédito muy nuevo, sale mejor comprar un vehículo o comprar en Ikea! Esto es algo que adicionó a mi antiguo Post, Estos tipos no se preocupen por revisar sus redes sociales ni por mejorar la atención la próxima vez me voy a ir en pelotas a esa tienda y le voy a preparar en una mesa le voy a hacer el baile Plaka Plaka y después voy a hacer las tres vueltitas para que sea en serio y ver si dan un mejor servicio Que tengan un feliz año nuevo 2017 y que alguna vez mejoren por favor se lo pido en el nombre del Señor Amén

I purchased a living room set and the lamp that was delivered was the wrong one. They rescheduled the delivery to exchange the lamp yet when the day came (1 week later) it was the wrong time frame. They first told me 12 - 4 then they say they will be there from 8 - 12. I had to reschedule for a week later and the new lamp came in two pieces!! Broken down the middle! Now they are rescheduling me for March 22nd and I have to wait another four hours for a friggin lamp. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she said that I didnt need to and there was no compensation that they could give me. They lady on the phone said it would be a waste of time to talk to a supervisor because he would tell me the same thing. Then she proceeded to tell me my new appointment date and time again as if to move on from the subject. After fighting with her, she said she would have a supervisor call me back. This place is a nightmare. 8 hours total, waiting for furniture and now I have to wait another 4! Stay away!

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE Costumer Service, when i first purchased a living room set they were somewhat helpful but i assumed it was because they were busy since it was the weekend... when i went back to exchange the 3pc table set i received, they barely assist me everyone in that branch had a nasty attitude as if they were doing me a favor by doing their job, which i let slide because i guess everyone had a bad day... but when they finally did me the "favor" to process the exchange for a more expensive set btw they did not ring me up for the 3 pc set i wanted and only send me 2 pieces... when i called to make the complain the manager was never available and every single person i talked to in between was extremely rude , after my exchange gets resolved i will never go back to this store again and probably Rooms to Go altogether , its hard to believe that such a big company treats their costumers the way these people do. ZERO WORK ETHIC , ZERO 00000!!!!

Hace un tiempo compre un mueble aqui. Me atendieron muy bien, atentos, la entrega fue en dos dias, puntuales, cordiales. Los vendedores hispanos o de habla inglesa resultan ser muy atentos, preocupados . I bought some living room furniture at this store and the salespeople were very nice and attentive; my furniture was delivered quickly and in great condition.

I agree with Michael we bought a sectional, and with the sectional we purchased the extended warranty what happen we needed to use the warranty well they came out several times until they finally order the part because the sofa after you purchase the warranty its discontinued, so after very very long time to find parts. You would think that they would have the parts before your warranty expired. Well, no it took them over I year to take care of the issue and then finally someone came up to the house and so it could not be fixed. The issues die there and thats and thats ended up on death ears, they never came out they never called theyre the worst in the industry. If you have to buy something you do not purchase a warranty for.
