I was left a message to call the pharmacy because my insurance changed.... I called 3 times and no one answers the phone either time. The last time I let it ring for 3 minutes. This is the first time Ive ever called a pharmacy during business hours and NO ONE answered the phone. How do they stay in business????

I called ahead and was told my prescription would be ready. I arrive and am told I have to wait 25 minutes, OK.CS makes me wait 10 minutes and tells me they dont have and will not have my meds. POOR CS and to top it off I had to pay for parking!!!

The worst Walgreens. Poor customer service. Focus is on hospital patients so if you are not at the hospital go to another Walgreens. Lots of employees just walking around confused.
