I always go to the Deli and get a sandwich for lunch. On good days Im out of there in 20 mins. Yes, 20 mins to get a sandwich made, with no line. Some of the deli employees are rude or just hate their job. Attending to customers is something they dont like to do, and you can simply tell because they just walk in the back and notice customers waiting and they dont stop to come out and help. Management needs to fix the problem. Too bad I dont remember the names of the 2 ladies that are always nice and helpful. Thank you!

I was in the express lane about ten people in front of me a 20min+ wait time the cashier was rude he forgot to ask for my club card so I had to pay even more I ask for the difference he told thats to bad I ask for the manager he said he was the one in charge and then he asked me of I wanted to leave what the f#+k good vons I go to Ralphs now great service the people really know there regulars and they never have lines vons you should take notes.

Its a nice store with helpful employees. They have security guards now too. This cuts down on the unsupervised kids from the mall looking to make bad decisions. This store has a great butcher counter, seafood selection, good produce, great selection of breads, fresh made sandwiches, decent sushi, great wine selection, and a fantastic craft beer selection. I also like using the just for u app to amke everything even cheaper.

I dont shop here regularly, however, I have been to this store a handful of times in the past two months and there is never enough check stands open and never any baggers. The check out people tell me that is a constant problem in their store. I heard the checkout person call for baggers today but they never came. Management has a poor handle on this store and it shows.

I am waiting on a self check out when the light still on, but about 1 min later the casher toll me said" this line is cloesd", loud and rude. so i wait 1min for nothing. what wrong here, everybody know the light is on(its on, not mean flash) mean the line still open. maybe in vons there some different rule but we never know. wont go back any more

I shop at Vons because its in my neighborhood. Its higher priced than most supermarkets and is less stocked. I mostly go for the items on sale or I can get with a really good coupon. The employees are very good and helpful. The produce is greatly overpriced. I support Vons because its a Union store.

Treats customers and their own employees terribly. I saw the manager just belittle her employees in front of the customers. She is completely tactless. It is no wonder they there is always someone new there; no one can stay there and put up with her crap.

Very bad experience, they used to have grocery baskets for quick purchase, now you have to grab a shopping cart, they have the mentality that you have to buy more if you dont find any grocery basket.

Prices are higher than nearby competitors (Trader Joes is across the street), and the employees often seem bored or flustered. I only come here to get the items I cannot find at TJs.

Vons fruits & veggies are always fresh. Wish there was a Vons a little closer to my home as Im disabled and live alone. Vons is and has always been my favorite place to shop.

I go here at least twice a week for basic essentials and good food. They have a beautiful selection of produce on display that rivals other locations I have been to!
