This is a beautiful floral shop and the second I walked through the door I thought this was the place I wanted to make my bouquets for my upcoming wedding. As a first time bride I have no idea what I am doing but do have many questions. The employee who greeted me told me I would have to talk specifically to their wedding director who happened to be in the back. She returned a moment later and informed me that the director did not like to meet with brides until 3 months out from the wedding. I explained that I no longer live locally and was in town for a short visit and hoped to check a few items of my list. I expressed that while I didnt need a specific contract, I was very interested in having the simplest of questions answered: payment options, delivery options, general flower availability, etc. Again I was informed that those questions could not be answered but I could email if I wanted to. Meanwhile someone was available in the back to answer these questions. As an industry that makes their living off of brightening peoples days, they crushed mine and while their store was beautiful and what I can only imagine the same for their arrangements, they lost my business because of their service when it comes to meeting the needs of their customer.

I called about a rare flower. I did my homework on the flower. So I know what Im looking for. Except I dont know if the local Florist can get them in, around the same time as my wedding. So this was my first call after I googled local florist in my area. The womyn who answered the phone was talking so fast I felt like it was a race to get me off the phone. I even asked if I could speak to the florist herself. As I wasnt even declined I was just told they wouldnt know anything until closer to the time of the wedding. So here she was talking like they were already my florist. Im planning everything ahead, So I dont have to rush. Rushing gets you no where fast and it got them no where close to me ever using them or referring them to anyone I might know. I seriously did not like the fact that I had No time to say Yes I would hold, because she was in such a rush to hang up.

I cant tell you how amazing this business, its employees, and its owner, Dawn, are! Here is a testament to what she is willing to do to provide great service to her customers: Having grown up and lived in Titusville for 31 years, I moved to South Florida over 20 years ago. Through the last 20 years I have called Floral Creations by Dawn to request a delivery for my family back home in Titusville--birthday, funeral, or just because flowers! She has always been faithful to deliver them on time, no matter when I have called. The latest order she delivered for me had these amazing words from the thankful recipient: ...."the flowers were all beautiful, but yours (Floral Creations by Dawn) were SPECTACULAR!" I ordered a last minute arrangement due to the circumstances being that a gift we had mailed to our mom was misplaced by the post office. We felt so bad that she didnt get her gift on time so the next best thing was flowers, but they couldnt be just any arrangement. I searched for nearby flower shops. Floral Creations by Dawn came through wonderfully! I picked an arrangement online and was in agreement with the fact that some flowers are seasonal and not always available so I emphasized that purple was the preference. The arrangement was ordered and received within a half days notice and it was PERFECT! Simply perfect! Outstanding work and service-would gladly use them again on any other occasion.

Floral Creations came through where another local florist wouldnt. I had contacted a different florist to try to special order some long stemmed lavender roses for our 50th wedding anniversary ... roses that were part of our wedding. That florist was not interested in trying to track them down. I called Floral Creations on Friday and they said they would let me know on Monday if they could get the roses. They did find them, and that Friday a beautiful floral arrangement was delivered in time for our anniversary. It is now a week later and the floral arrangement still looks like it was just delivered yesterday! Thank you, Floral Creations!

I have known Dawn and used Floral Creations by Dawn for many years. As a florist, she is simply the best. Dawns talent at her craft is amazing, but it goes far beyond that. Anyone who knows Dawn personally could probably tell you a story of how she has gone far above and beyond simply being their florist. She not only has talent, but a God given heart for people during their happiest and saddest of times. I highly recommend Dawn and her crew!

Floral Creations by Dawn went above and beyond! Dawn was very accommodating and knew exactly what I wanted. The flowers were gorgeous and my grandma was very pleased. I live 850 miles from Titusville and was cautious of sending flowers that I couldnt see, but I used Dawn based on her reviews and Im very glad that I did. I received a photo of the flowers and they exceeded my expectations. I will most definitely use Floral Creations by Dawn again.
