please everyone heed my warning stay away from this car dealership do yourself a favor. they will lie to you they will manipulate the truth in every way. back in January 2015 I traded a 97 GMC Ciara that had a hundred and twenty four thousand miles on it for a Nissan Xterra 2004 with a hundred seventy four thousand miles on it because I really liked the vehicleplease everyone he my warning stay away from this car dealership do yourself a favor. They will lie to you they will manipulate the truth in every way. Back in january 2015 I traded a 97 gmc sierra that had 120 4000 miles on it for a nissan xterra 2004 with 170 4000 miles on it because I really liked the vehicle this being said my g_m_c was by you that 2000 dollars I was going into traded in with for the xterra and hoping not to pay down Im in an old freezer should never had to pay a down payment. Butts the salesman proceeded to tell me the salesman goes by the name of all mark by the way he no longer works there told me that I would have to put an additional 700 dollars down on the view in the back of my mind was telling me to not do it stay away from here you dont need it. But I really like the vehicle so I put in additional 700 dollars down on it I was told I had a 30 day warranty on it. That being said when I came in the following saturday to do the closing pay for it I was told by the owner that I would not have a 30 day warranty which is pretty standard in georgia for used vehicles so I brush it off in continued on my way whatever that should have been a red flag to cut the deal loose get your money back and go home. After having the vehicle for I wanna say probably about 4 weeks maybe 6 the xterra broke down on me in savannah georgia 400 miles away from buford georgia. I was then informed buy 1 of their associates that goes by the name precious that I would have to pay 900 dollars for towing back to buford georgia. It would face I thought to myself okay will see how this goes. Continue to battle for 6 weeks to try to get my vehicle fixed it went through 4 mechanics that could not find a problem anywhere but it would not drive after the mechanics and there is no obvious way the vehicle could be fixed I went to the new general manager hands pretty much gave him 3 options and explain that I was going to beat seeking legal advice. First option was you can put me in a new vehicle transfer my contract over my payments and will call it even, second option was you can cut my contract loose give me all my money back and well call it fair because you sold me a lemon, in the third and final option was we can go to court. To which the owner of sports imports did not like this 3 options they refuse to put me in a new vehicle and they were very very intimidating about going to court so they said will put your contracts his heres his nile almost the middle july I still have not got official paperwork stating that my contract has been released and I am no longer held liable responsible for the vehicle because the d_m_v still has it on file that the nissan xterra is registered to me. So now I am left almost to grand in the hall what sports and imports in a vehicle that is still registered to my name that I refuse to make payments on because it is a lemon and I have yet to get 8 official copy releasing me all liability or any payments in card by sports imports. Nor have I received any of my funds 5. So if there was a way for me to shut this company down I would I would save everyone from being scammed out of the heart earned money buddys ripoff artists in back stabbing scam artists. Please please I beg you everyone that reads these reviews stay away from sports important buford georgia and gainesville georgia do not waste your time do not waste your money save yourself from them. And according to the better business bureau there are plenty of losses set are being look that at this very moment with sports and imports please do your research.

this place is a joke. Just 24 hours after my purchase, the check engine light came on. Which happen to be my oxygen sensor. But since car was bought "as is" and there was a current emissions, I was told not to worry about it. Just ten days later, on friday my account was credited the car payment, but the next day, my car wouldnt start. I spoke to Jermaine who.was the rudest unprofessional representative Ive ever spoke with. She actually was going to charge me a tow fee for bringing the car in. She insisted it was my battery. Even though my horn honked, my lights worked, and radio played. I couldnt get to work because my car wouldnt start. A guy named Frankie came to my home, and started the car right up. He told me that the.passtime numbers were entered wrong. He then called Jermaine on the phone confirming the clerical error. I heard the whole conversation. He blamed whoever processes paperwork on typing too fast and entered numbers wrong. She never called me and apologized for the error. I was supposed to receive a passtime remote the day of purchase. However, frankie gave me whatever I was supposed to get the first day on the tenth day. (And she really was going to.make me pay a tow fee for their error. Sad) most people arent as nice as frankie. He was the best part of the weekend. Sunday night when I was leaving work, guess what... car wouldnt start. Youve got to be kidding. I entered the code frankie gave me and still nothing. I had to catch a cab home Sunday night. And back to work monday. I talked to a lady who "comfirmed" my passtime gps was.somewhere in Stockbridge, ga. But I live AND work in Lawrenceville. After she realized that they gpsed the wrong car and it was truly their fault I was told.I would be sent a gas card for my inconveniences. Not only did I miss 3 hours of work Saturday. I spent money on cab fare Sunday night and Monday morning. A gas card is the LEAST they can do. Its almost 2 weeks and I still.havent received anything. To make a very long and detailed story short. Just because you have challenged credit doesnt mean you can be majorly inconvenienced and have to kick out extra unnecessary money without do much as an apology and acceptance for your error and the damage it caused. I wouldnt recommend then to anyone I know. I will spend the next 20 months convincing everyone I know to stay away.

NEVER NEVER NEVER, purchase from Sports and Imports unless you enjoy being lied too, disrespected, ignored, disappointed and cheated. I have purchase a total of 3 vehicles from this establishment, which the first two I received adequate service. However the 3 vehicle which was recommended to me by the owner, was a nightmare, during the course of 2 ½ years paying for this vehicle, I have incurred astronomical expenses. I understand this was a used vehicle, however it was discovered I was charged for labor (at least two occasions) that wasn’t done. This was confirmed by the manager Ali. Each time my vehicle was in the shop at 3 weeks per repair, and then another 3 weeks when the same issue presented itself. I receive little to no updates on the status of my repairs. The last time I took my vehicle in for a transmission problem it was again returned after 3 weeks. From the moment I regain possession of my vehicle the check engine appeared. Again I called my representative and was ignored for one week, I decided to take the vehicle back it would not accelerator pass 25 mph. Another 3 weeks and I finally received a call informing me that my vehicle was unrepairable. When I tried to ask questions as to why and how this decision was made Germaine was very curt and informed that was a finally decision. I tried to speak to whoever was in charged only to get a call from the rudeness of them all Cory McGowan who informed that Sports and Imports no longer wanted to do business with me. Surely, this can’t be what owner condoned, so I wrote to the owner mailing a certified letters to both home and residence, as to this date I haven’t heard from him, nor I was giving my personal belongings from a vehicle that I was just about finished paying for. Please do yourself a favor and don’t buy from this establishment.
