I stopped in the other day to get some fresh flowers, and was greeted presumably by the owner. I felt as if I was interrupting her, and left with a few stems of flowers that only lasted a couple days and cost several dollars per stem. Their website claims the following, "all of our customers are important, and our professional staff is dedicated to making your experience a pleasant one." This is far from the truth. Though I live in the area, I will not return.

Ordered flowers from Crestwood for my sig others birthday. I selected the Designers Choice option where I let the florists put their skills to use. My requests were my fiance loves Sunflowers and bright, jewel tone colors. I am incredibly pleased with the end result. Ordering was easy, delivery was prompt and the floral arrangement is beautiful. With reliable delivery, a helpful staff, and reasonable pricing, Crestwood Flowers was the perfect choice for my needs. They took great care of me on short notice and even delivered my request during a snow storm! In my experience, Crestwood Flowers is the best flower shop in Kansas City.

I have been buying flowers at Crestwood for as long as I can remember and have always found the staff to be extremely helpful and courteous. The owner is always helpful as is the staff. Honestly, I have been shopping there since the 70s!
