BEWARE , this place rents books and then charges you full price at return. The service is rude & completely unprofessional . They send you harassing emails before the books are even due! IF YOU CAN RENT HERE OR ANYWHERE TAKE PHOTO and make sure they truly note the damages. What I was told when I rented the books was opposite at return. They TAKE ADVANTAGE of students because they think it is all mommy and daddys money.TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE this location profits off of UTSA and doesnt care to help you with your concerns. They act like over crazed librarians.
