Horrible horrible horrible place to do business with. I was on time with all of my payments. And had my car towed for absolutely no reason and no explanation whatsoever. Called corporate and this specific location and both couldnt help me. So i showed up and finally after hours they told me they had towed my car because they couldnt verify my name. Yet they have copies of my license, social, everything but not once did i get some type of call or anything to try to verify it. So after hassling me they told me i would have to pay 500 dollars in order to get my car back and if i didnt they would put my car back on the lot to resell. These people are a bunch of scammers and low lifes messing with peoples hard earned money. Doing any and everything to take your every last penny. I will never do business again with these people and NEVER would I recommend anyone to do business with them. If i could give them 0 stars I would but sadly i cant. Dont EVER put your hard earned money into this business. They will make sure they F you over every chance they get!

I went here with a quote and got something different when I got there. But that was fine. The only part I didnt like was the running around to get papers my boyfriend was told he didnt need. We came there with the money and everything we thought we needed ready to buy a car that day off of what they told us a day before but ended up being told something else. We left disappointed and with out a car. The customer service on the phone is great but Gabby attitude made us feel like we were at a typical car dealership. She was the main reason we decided not to go back. She made car buying feel like a hopeless cause. I was already having a bad day she just made it worse. Not because of the things she was telling us but because demeanor. A smile and a friendly attitude would have helped. David was funny and energetic and the man at the counter was nice. I think I might go to glen Burnie to see if we can get a person who is willing to do everything to get us a car.

My salesman was amazing!!! However if you call back to ask questions you will get a different answer from different people. I just wanted to extend my temporary tag for 2 weeks due to an unexpected move to another state. The MVA said it could be done but I had to get it through the dealership. Called 5 times to get this done. 2 employees said yes I could do this but the office manager wasnt there. I finally get ahold of her and shes rude and disrespectful and flat out said no we dont do that!!! When I tell her the Mva said it could be done she tells me she will call me back. Never heard from her again. ( go figure). So I call again Im put in hold for 15 minutes. I hang up call again only to be told no the mva doesnt know what its talking about. These people are idiots and are just too lazy to do their job. After you drive away they dont care about anything but the money in their pocket. Never again will I go to this place!!!

I submitted an application online and was approved for 600 down. Schedule an appointment and came in discourage because Ive been to 3 dealerships and all of them said I was approved and and I wasnt!! So soon as I came in on was greeted by David Johnson. I told him his that this was the forth place and I was a little discouraged and didnt think the approval was REAL, just something to get me in the door. He verified my information, put it in the system. About 15 minutes later his manager came over and told me I was approved for any car on the lot!!! Since I had a car in mind David took me on a test drive and kinda walked me through everything. I must say buying a car has never been this straight forward and easy. I will recommend Drivetime Laurel MD to everyone!!!! GO SEE DAVID JOHNSON, trust me your in good hands!!!!

I am so not into the car buying process...ever, so when my husband said we should come to Drive Time to look at cars I was VERY disengaged. However, upon meeting Kerona my attitude instantly changed. Her product knowledge topped off with her friendliness made the process so much easier, as if I was shopping with my more knowledgeable friend, rather than a slimy sales person out for blood--I mean commission lol. Kerona really took her time to explain the how and whys of Drive Times processes and walk us through lengthy paper work. My husband and I walked away with a car! At the end of the day it was Keronas customer service that beat out other dealerships. I would do this process all over again if Kerona were leading the way. Ask for her if you want someone that is patient and respects your time and budget!

I have worked in customer service and sales field for the past seven years and I know excellent service when I see one. This was a wonderful experience from the point I walked in to the dealership to the point where I walked out with a car. I have no clue how to start this.....car was delivered to me beyond dirty. Car smelled like cheap cleaning supplies. Being a professional detailer I had to fully clean the car. Ill put it this way if that car came into my shop wanting to be clean it would be no less than $250. Im lost for words to describe my experience. This is my first and last time dealing with this company and in no way would I recommend them to anyone. Didnt even put gas in the car Lastly while detailing this car I found the previous owners personal information showing again they didnt clean the car. Im pretty sure thats not a good thing if i was a identity thief

The staff are kind and are willing to do anything to help out but corporate is horrific. Ive complained numerous times when I first got my car to repair electrical issues as well as others. No one follows up and everyone acts like they have no clue whats going on. I always got the same resoonse, "well call you later today". Its been 8 months. Let your payment be late one day though. They will blow you up. I wish they were that adament when it came to delivering their promise and fixing my car. Maybe the payment would not have been late if I did not have to invest my own money into their broken promises.
