One of the worst AutoZones ever. Seriously incompetent workers. Called to verify they still had the tire chains we needed in stock and showed up literally 10 minutes later as we live up the road and they informed us that they did have them in the back. When we asked to have them put one to the side for us, he informs us, "no worries we have plenty." Show up and no one can find the chains and when they look in the system, they dont have any in stock. The person at the counter then goes on to say "we have sold a lot in the last hour." After we tell him we just called, he says nothing and just stands there and tells us to maybe ask the other guy who works there.Take your business elsewhere. Useless, slow, and inattentive attendants on staff tonight.

The supposed store manager at the Gresham store - Adrianne, was rude, disrespectful, and a smart A. He rang up an item $5/over the sale price. I had to return to the store and deal with his arrogance. He confirmed the error when he checked. Then he continued to give reasons why it wasnt the same item, so I showed him and he had to agree (with another employee agreeing verbally to me). He continued to be rude, making comments and smiling because he thought he was funny. I wouldnt give them even a "0" since they allow a person to be so rude...especially when it was his error! Will NOT return. Horrible customer service!!!!

At other auto parts stores, including other autozone stores, when Ive had questions about my cars, Ive received either informative answers or intelligent suggestions as to where to find information. At this store, all I received in response to a simple question about an alternative to a product they no longer carried was an indifferent shrug from the manager. Worthless.

The first time I went in, Chris was so helpful, sold me some much needed windshield wipers and so patiently showed me how to put them on my car. The second time I had Salvador who helped me with a signal light- and helped me put it in. Both men were so helpful and pleasant that it was a great experience.

Had the parts I need, but not very knowledgeable when asked how best I could diagnose/repair an issue myself. I know their employees arent ASE certified, but was hoping for a little better answer when trying to figure out what I needed for my vehicle. Oh, got what I later found out I needed and Im good.

In stock brake parts! When your working on your car on a Sunday and need parts so you can drive it on Monday, this is your place. Friendly staff are a nice bonus. Also I really like their store brand "Aero" wiper blades, AND they had (in stock) a hard to find rear wiper for my SUV.
