Even though there are plenty of convenient locations, this AutoZone is 1 of only 2 AutoZones I really go to. Bernie is a knowledgeable team member who is there almost every morning smiling actually remembers my name,.....an example of extending customer relationship which makes every visit less stressful and gives me the homely feeling Very impress how neat and clean inside the building and parking lot is due to it being right on Highway 99 and just blocks away from 216th. I believe because of management and presentation and mind thoughts of employees is why I dont feel like Im in the ghetto hood auto parts repair store. Last but not least,.....Mr. Manager Angel took care of a little situation I had that DID NOT involve neither Bernie nor Angel. Of course it had to run through whoever it had to run through first and took a few days for an approval, but Angel apologized for the mistake. I applaud the multiple apologies.....too many business now a days make mistakes but fail to take ownership/accountability thus resulting in unhappy dissatisfied customers, because the customer feels as if they are wrong and also considered a liar. A sincere apology can almost defuse situations and relax customers. Angel took care of me and made things right and I continue to visit this location as well as recommending it to my friends and family.

These guys are great. They offered the help we needed, advise, tools, we purchased a battery and an alternator and neither were the problem. They offered a hassle free return and supported us in every way possible! Definitely an above and beyond experience!

Only 2 cashiers on a weekend afternoon, while someone is stocking shelves that could be helping out (sure stocking shelves can wait until at least 6p) equaled a 10 minute wait just to buy a 9.99 floormat. Not cool at all.
