My fiance has needed new glasses for ages and when we heard about a sale at lenscrafters we jumped at the opportunity. It had been about 6 years since he had an eye exam and the doctor who took care of him was GREAT! He was super friendly and explained everything he was doing, which was great for me since I have never had an eye exam. He explained all of our options to us (dilating vs. not) and did not pressure us to do the full dilation explaining that nothing my fiance had said about any symptoms sparked any concern. (this was despite the fact that they charge extra for the dilation) The exam was reasonably priced at about $50 and we were able to buy some nice Brooks Brothers frames and featherweight lenses with anti-glare coating for $168 and $220 respectively. After the 40% off sale was applied the total came to only $233! Not too shabby. Even at the full price we would go back again, the person helping us also did not pressure us to get high end lenses although our choice was mid range. The basic lenses were very reasonably priced at only $125. I would have given it 5 stars but the store staff was visibly stressed and could have been more attentive but I think it may have been just the business of the sale.

Recently, I decided to get my first pair of perscription sunglasses, rather than wearing those clip ons that Ive been wearing for years. First, I went to Eyecare Optical in West Bend, where I went years ago. The doctor was good, but the staff were very annoyed at giving me full answers to my questions. I explained to them that anytime I get new glasses anywhere, my eyes have problems adjusting to the new lense. Later that evening, Stan, the owner, who also owns Specs Appeal Eye Care in Bayshore Shopping Center called me and refunded my money, told me I asked too many questions, and that they wouldnt be able to make any money on me. So I went back to LensCrafters in Bayshore Shopping Center. Oddly enough, there are two locations in the same center. This is for the South Location. Jason is the manager, Jeremy is a technician, and Dr. Jensen is the Optomitrist. Yes we had problems finding the right lenses and frames that worked for me, but they were extremely patient and made it very clear they were not going to give up on me. Now I have perscription sunglasses, and they are great! My wife no goes their too! Signed, Keith.

I went in with my boyfriend because he wanted new glasses. At first we went to the wrong Lens Crafters (The one closer to Teavana) and it didnt seem as welcoming. We found out we were supposed to go to the Lens Crafters closer to the Food Court area of Bayshore. We were pleasantly surprised. Everyone was very welcoming and we had a fun time! I will be coming in soon to get my eye exam there and pick out my next pair of glasses. Ive been a long time client of an eye doctor out in Germantown. But I will definitely be going to this Lens Crafters. We had his exam on Friday and we picked up his new glasses by Saturday. I would very highly suggest this specific location to anyone!

I took a Juliet replacement lens for a simple swap out of lens that I picked up from web. Lost my rubber gasket. Lost my carry bag ..and thats only half of it. Skratched my lens. For 10 mins she could not find which screw head it will take. After me telling her its a T6. Then all the while she was talking to another guy about how was the day with kids. If I would have messed up your coach or lv stuff. I would be shot. How will you repay me? I would even hate to see you close to me. I dont deal with women and their bad attitudes. Your one ..act like one if you want respect. Now your rating is DONE. Tell your bf to put you in ur place.. disgusting and upsetting.

Been here 3 times now. The optometrists office is nice, efficient, and the staff and pretty helpful. The retail side is a nightmare though. Snotty, rude, middle aged women helped me when I came back according to the Satisfaction Guarantee and said that I couldnt get the ill fitting pair replaced or exchanged. After I pointed out the guarantee, they tried to manipulate it so that it wouldnt apply to me (less than 24 hours after purchase). Seems like theyre more protective of their return statistics than their customers. Also, I was told me we dont have email when I asked for a copy of my prescription over the phone.

Great experience from sales associate La Sonya; the only individual to say hello and ask if I needed help as I entered the store (the other associates glanced at me and walked in the opposite direction. La Sonya was great, a true professional!

This lens crafters is awesome. Dan is one of the most helpful guys around, along with a couple ladies that went above and beyond expectations. This is my "go to" place for anything glasses related. Stop here first before anywhere else....

Had the same experience. Very unprofessional, music was blaring, equipment was not clean, nothing good to say about this store.
