My boyfriend sent me flowers. A young female and male arrived in a red SUV type vehicle to deliver the flowers . The female was very nice and polite, she handed me the flowers and turned to leave, At which time the male shoved a clip board threw the crack in the door as I was closing it. The male was absolutely rude, condescending and borderline aggressive. He asked me to sign some kind of received paperwork. I signed as he asked and he SHOVED the clip board back in my face and demanded that I PRINT my name. I did as he asked and he turned around in an agitated manner and left. WOW!!! I cant believe any business would allow a delivery person to act in that manner when delivering flowers. What a way to ruin a surprise gift. If he would have hit me in the face with that clip board I would have pressed criminal charges against him. If youre planning on purchasing flowers or using 1-800 flowers dont use The Family Florist.

I received a spring bouquet for my birthday from my co-workers. I was not in the office the day they were delivered and was happily surprised the next day to arrive to a colorful, fragrant, full vase of flowers. Upon closer inspection I noticed a few of the tulip leaves already yellowed and limp, and the bottom portion of a few fillers already dried. I gave them a call and let them know I loved the arrangement but was disappointed in the condition of some of the flowers. They were genuinely discouraged by my experience and promised to bring a new arrangement by 5pm. True to their promise they delivered another colorful, fragrant and full spring bouquet in the afternoon. It was unfortunate the first arrangement had a few bad stems but honestly most others didnt notice until I pointed it out. I definitely would be willing to give them another shot. The arrangement was truly gorgeous and the stem placement was perfect!

I wish I could leave a review with 0 stars. This florist is contracted through 1-800 flowers. I use 1-800 flowers as a service to send things to my family and my husband uses them to send things to business colleagues around the state and the US. This florist was used recently for my husbands business colleagues in two different locations in Florida. It was a horrible experience. They should not even be a florist and we are going to call 1- 800 flowers to see why they even would do business with someone like this. She is extremely rude, unprofessional, lacks any customer service skills and she treated my husband like dirt. This old lady named Charolette should not be in this business. Matter of fact she shouldnt be in ANY business where she has to interact with any human or any animal. Horrible horrible horrible!

This is for the owner of the business. If you are open to the public, and taking orders from 800flowers. Pick which one you want to serve. As a business owner myself take some constructive criticism it will only benefit you. I came in on valentines day with cash in hand and was told "sorry I cant help you" your staff was too busy. If thats the case, lock the doors and put a sign up that says closed for whatever reason you choose. Being rude and refusing business is why youre earning yourself 1star ratings. Flowers are given while someone is feeling wonderful or sometimes sad, Id be careful with the way you portray your attitude because your business will eventually reflect it. God bless and good luck.

Do not order flowers through this florist! They Will be delivered wilted and then dead In a few hours! I ordered the flowers through 1 800 flowers and they use this florist 1800 flowers offer to refund my money and then this florist contacts my wife and demands to come pick the flowers back up! REALLY!?!! They are dead and in the garbage! They had bad attitude on phone and very unprofessional! Their reviews and ratings on Google should explain it all! I dont even want to give them a one star but I have to in order to give a review! 1800 flowers is doing an investigation on this florist and will not be using them anymore, hopefully, because they are showing a very bad image for them!

Horrible experience!!! My fiance went in to purchase flowers for My birthday. The owner ran my card then asked to see my Fiances ID. I appreciate the concern but at this point it was too late he had already charged my card. My Fiance is an authorized user on the account and had every right to use it. The owner then stated that the money would be credited back at the end of the day. It has been more than 24hrs and the charge is still on my account. He is now not answering any of our phone calls. I would NEVER BUY FLOWERS FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!

HORRIBLE! Ordered flowers for my mom on FRIDAY. Delivery attempted on Friday left card with 2 disconnected phone numbers to call. I had to look up their number online, NO ANSWER. They called her YESTERDAY (Saturday) to say the would deliver today (Mothers Day) and they have yet to show up, it is 3PM EST. These people are the WORST experience I have ever had! And to think I dumped $80.00 to them. I wouldnt recommend them to my enemies. NEVER again! Never!

Worst customer experience EVER! Just tried to do the right thing and have a new mothers flowers sent by her co-workers delivered to the correct address. The CS rep was mono toned and rude. After speaking to another rep, he acknowledged that this was a problem order since yesterday and they cant get it right. They are a service for 1-800-Flowers, if you can avoid using them, I would!

Would have rated "0" stars if I could have. The manager has no respect for customers and no sense of customer service. I dont appreciate being spoken to like a kid in the principals office when they are the ones that didnt deliver. Dont give your hard earned money to this one. There are plenty of other great florists in the area. STAY AWAY!

Thank you so much! The beautiful plants arrived to the funeral home on time and in perfect condition (I was not in attendance, though a family member emailed me a picture). My only (minor) complaint would be that the size of the greeting card is a little overbearing. A good 1-800 flowers experience overall!

I received a fruit basket from the florist family for my birthday and it was absolute garbage. It was not edible and went straight in the trash. This fruit must have been sitting on the shelf for months. No one could ever look at this mess and mistake it for fresh fruit. Really putrid.

They should not be able to get orders from 1800Flowers! You never know what florist they send orders too. Mine went to this sad excuse for a florist business. Thing looked like it went end over end in the delivery van!! Will never patron either of those companies in the future!

Ordered an arrangement from them and it was delivered to the wrong person and to top it off it was the wrong arrangement!!!!! These people are jokes and should only be dealt with if the world has burnt down and theyre the only florists left on the planet!
