My husband bought my mother flowers for her birthday. Of course he ordered them the day of instead of the day before so i called to assure they would get to her before she left work. The woman on the phone told me they were out of certain flowers and apologized and stated that they would send a bigger set the next morning at no extra cost for the wait. I told then that was fine. That was no big deal. I understand things happen. A few hours later my mother texted me her thanks to my hubby with a picture of the flowers. They were completely wrong. Pink roses instead or lavendar and it had daisys which wasnt even in the picture online. My mother doesnt like daisys so we would have never picked one with them. My husband called and they asked he send an email with a photo of the flowers. He did so and they eventually told him to call next day to discuss. The next day my mother calls me stating that she got another set. She sent me a picture and this one wad smaller with red roses and even weirder fillers and just completely far off from what we choose but at least the vase was purple this time! I let it go, just being happy with the fact that flowers did come and she got a free one in the process. Today i recieved a call about the quality and the gentleman i spoke with at first seemed to care but after putting me on hold, he came back with a line about how because i ordered online, there is a disclaimer about replacement flowers (i have since checked and there isnt) and sometimes changes have to be made. I stated that that was not something i was aware of and that daisys are a big difference from what we chose. This is something they should inform someone. He asked if i wanted a replacement one sent and of course i said no. At this point my mother has two bouquets, neither of which were right. She didnt need a third. The guy then asked what I would like. I wasnt out for a refund. They sent flowers, they should get paid. But that question is very unprofessional. You should be offering the refund for poor service. Instead i told him nothing and we would just not be continuing with them. The website we ordered from is Fromyouflowers; i would not go through them either if they are putting up misleading photos. But after this florist follow up, we will not be coming back to them either.
Awful. I received a second wedding anniversary bouquet from my husband who at the time was out of town. They were roses, star gazer lilies and some other purple flowers. They were pretty upon delivery, but the next day had lost all their petals and most of the roses were dead. I called to ask if this was the norm for their flowers time frame and was told "we just put them together if its bad batch its a bad batch" to which I replied that they should last longer than one day. The lady said they would send a replacement which I was appreciative of. The replacement came, and what a joke. Carnations and babys breath.... from roses and lilies....seriously this is not a comparable price replacement. If I had a business and I sent a replacement Id want it to be better not worse. Go to publix people this place is shady, wish I could post pics of this.... Unfortunately no flowers for me for my second anniversary. Thanks for nothing!!! Flower less and bummed Two days later still waiting on my replacement what an unbelievably horrible experience!! Hello am I ever going to get my anniversary flowers?!
Call the florist to ask if a certain flower was carried for a bouquet that I saw online. Older lady very rude over the phone informed me that she didnt care what I saw online because she has been in the business 40 years! I informed her, in my very calm customer service voice, that that is why I was calling a professional to see if it was possible. After being assistant manager of a store for many years I would never let my employees talk to a customer in the tone she did nor would I. They say you cant teach an old dog new tricks but a course or two in customer service may be helpful for her. I have settled on another flower but will not be taking any of my business here!
I received flowers today. and sent a picture to the sender of who arranged to get them sent to me telling him thank you very much!! He told me they sent the wrong ones and the new ones would be delivered. They picked up the flowers, and never redelivered the new ones!!! they basically told him to go f himself and they will refund them and lied and said I took flowers! they also lied and said they were picking them up due to chemicals and not because they delivered the wrong ones. im so disappointed, how can they not bring new flowers? how are you going to brighten a day and then take away their happiness because they dont want to redeliver the right ones!?!?
Ive bought flowers for my g/f for the past 3 years from this place. Although they show up pretty, I am really disappointed in how long they last. For the price you pay Id expect them to at least last 2/3 days. After the 1st day of bringing them home the flowers look wilted and the roses never actually bloom. My g/f even stopped asking me to buy from them cause she gets sad when they look bad after a few days. Money down the drain.
Everytime i get flowers from them they are dead 2 days later. My boyfriend spends a lot of money on flowers and they never last! These are probably the best looking flowers when they arrive but also the shortest lasting. Petals started falling off a day after i got them. I reached out to them and they never called me or anything. I try to support local business but I just crossed them off my list.
I called with a special request. The lady that I spoke to was as pleasant of a person that I have encountered. There are always haters in this world. My mother always told me treat people the way you want to be treated! For all the bad reviews , remember there are always two sides to a story! I have heard nothing but good things about this florist!
The order was delivered and I felt it wasnt what I thought reflected $50 worth of flowers. They appologized and are speaking to the person who set it up and are sending a new arrangement. I am pleased with that solution. It is one of the busiest days in the business, mistakes happen.
Buying flowers for my mother from a distance for mothers day is alwasy challenging, but - Oldsmar Florist set up an account for me over the phone and helped me order just the right arrangement for my mom. The price was excellent - I will be using them again!
TERRIBLE FLORIST!! STAY AWAY!! They did an awful job with a bridal bouquet and when we called them about it we were told "what do you want me to do about it." Horrible customer service. Publix would be a better choice.
Just Average or below! Used for a funeral and overpaid for the dozen roses that were merely passable! I was told there would be a second flower that would complement the roses and it would be very impressive but it was not!
