The picturesabove are of what I order (red), what was received (white) and a christmas candle holder for valentines day.I ordered flowers in advance for Valentine’s Day through Fox Run Florist and they never showed up. I called and inquired where the flowers were and the receptionist told me they were on a trunk and would be delivered (which was around 2:00) the delivery driver said she dropped them off a little before 5:00 with the security guards. (In the Veterans Administration Regional Office Building are federal security agents that will not accept gifts whatsoever. They will call the recipient to come down and receive them.) The request I sent in also stated PLEASE call recipient to come down to receive flowers. (No one called) and I called back and the receptionist apologized and said she would have them send out one in the morning with some chocolates and a card. No more than 4 minutes later I get a phone call from the manager saying they were already delivered. The manager put the driver on the phone and I got into a small verbal fight with the driver. I told the driver the security guards are not the recipient. You even had instructions to call and you didn’t and by the way the security guards don’t accept gifts. The Owner apologized and said if they are not there by the time the recipient comes in to work to call her. The next day (the 15th) I was expecting flowers and they never showed. I called the shop about the flowers and the manager said she has her driver looking for them and she would give me a call back to let me know. I drove to the flower shop to confront her face to face and I held my tongue. The manager said she was sorry and that she would even pay out of her own pocket is necessary if they could not find the flowers. She said she would call me back later on to let me know what happened. She said if they could not find them that she would send fresh orchids out the next morning with balloons and some chocolate. I received a phone call at 8:30 pm from the owner stating that they could not find the flowers and she would send fresh flowers in morning. The next day on the 16th, the recipient called to make sure everything was alright. And really didn’t get an answer. The manager drove the flowers to the VA office at 1:40pm in the afternoon and made the recipient walk out to her car in the parking lot to receive them. (The VA has barricade’s preventing people from parking near the building) The flowers were a different color which was no problem. But the flowers did not even remotely match what I ordered. She also left the candy and balloons and substituted it with a cheap candle and a votive that looks like it was a rewrapped candle holder from Christmas. The owner also left out words on the card from what I wrote. I called the owner and confronter her and as soon as I told her I would bring back the flowers and the candle and I wanted my money back. After saying these words, I got into a shouting match with her to which she said she feels like she is being taken advantage of. flowers that were to be delivered on the 14th on valentines, on a special day, was reduced to a rush job with flowers thrown in a vase, with a bow slapped on it, making the recipient walk out to the parking lot to receive them on the 16th, no chocolate, no balloons, no compensation for ruining a special day. I felt degraded and the recipient felt cheap and disgusted. Boycotting this place

Found this florist via Google and decided to use them because they were close to my friends new home and I know ordering from online can be a gamble. Asked that they send an arrangement as a housewarming/graduation present. When I called, the man was very respectful. Told him that I wanted something very pretty and as big as possible and gave him a budget of $75. Also told him I loved all of the summer aggrangements he had on the website and to try to keep it in that theme. He advised that he would "take care of me" and do whats called "designers choice." I realize now that that was my mistake. I should have told him exactly what I wanted because what was sent to my friend was awful and completely embarrassing. 6 or 7 red roses, a ton of greenery filler and a few cheap purple filler flowers (that retail less than $3 a piece). The color choice made no sense for what I requested and this super small "arrangement" was extremely lackluster and definitely not worth what I spent on it. I am known for my taste and this awful arrangement did not live up to my reputation and I feel as if I was taken advantage of. I feel they assumed I would never see the arrangement and just threw together a few left over flowers they had in stock without really thinking about it. I will not be recommending this florist to any of my friends and will not use them again for any of my numerous occassions.

I ordered a Dish Garden in March 2016 from out of town for a family member. Good Service and good value. Ordered an arrangement on Friday May 20, 2016 for my mothers church, in honor of her 88th birthday. Delivery date was to be Friday May 27th. On Saturday May 21st I called and spoke to the owner and informed him that things had changed, I apologized, and that I would have to cancel the order. The bill was for $96.30 and he informed me there would be a "25% Cancellation Charge." I questioned why there would be such a charge, since the delivery date was a week away, and if there was to be such a charge, I felt 5% was more than fair. After a long dissertation as to how his business was run and how he had to pay his employees, (Russell) said, "IF YOU NEED THE FRICKING MONEY THAT BAD, HE WOULD REFUND THE ENTIRE AMOUNT TO YOUR CREDIT CARD." What a sad way to run a business. Needles to say we will not be ordering from them again.

Terrible experience. Ordered a LARGE European Dish Garden via 1-800-flowers to be delivered to my dad for Fathers Day and what was delivered was FAR from what I ordered. I understand the need to substitute certain plants or flowers, but the arrangement that my dad received was awful in design and very sparse and just overall disappointing. Please see for yourselves. hahahaha. And in their web site they put "exceptional flowers by design" and their team is led by "Master Designer Awardee" hahaha. I did place a complaint to 1-800-flowers, which they must have passed on to Fox Run Florist, cause they sent my dad another bouquet of flowers, but although the gesture was nice, the bouquet was terrible as well and please take a look at the wrapping. hahahaha. So sad. At first I was thoroughly upset, but I am now totally amused that they are still in business.

I ordered flowers for my mother to be delivered on 05/09/14. I purposely had the flowers delivered prior to mothers day because I know mothers day is a busy time, and I thought if I had the flowers ordered a few days before mothers day that she would receive beautiful flowers, instead of flowers from the bottom of the bucket, so to speak. When my mother received her flowers, the bouquet was NOT what I had ordered. While the roses in the bouquet were alive and pretty, the other flowers include in the bouquet were practically dead already. Furthermore, the whole reason I ordered this particular bouquet was because my mothers favorite color is blue, and the bouquet was supposed to include light blue delphinium. There were NO light blue delphiniums in the bouquet, instead they placed the dead purple flowers in the bouquet. I would NOT recommend this florist.
