This place has the WORST customer service. Very shocking for Ethan Allen. Thats because this is a franchise store and one of the corporate stores from what I was told. I am STILL waiting for my items. Ive been waiting for 2 months. Every time I call no one can give me an answer. I have had several dates that keep getting pushed. I can understand that for my custom sofas, however I can not understand that for my in stock items like a chandelier. The owner returned my call about a week later and offered zero resolution. I love EA furniture, however I will purposely not be purchasing from them again because its been so awful. The amount of time I have spent on the phone with them trying to figure out when my times (that should have been in already) will arrive is ridiculous. Who has time for that? In hind site I would not order from them. We purchased a new home and needed all new furniture. All of the other companies I purchased from have already delivered long ago when I ordered from EA first. Horrible is all I can say.

We had recently moved into a new home so we worked with one of the designers at the store to purchase living room furniture, office furniture, and bedroom furniture along with drapes and area rugs. The designer we worked with did a great job with picking out furniture and items that we liked. We were happy with the overall look of the room. We have had the furniture less than 2 years and it is wearing terribly! Our sofa cushions are deformed and lumpy, our chairs are pilling and we ended up throwing out the rug because it looked so worn already. I called and spoke to corporate and they sent someone out to our home. He "fluffed" the cushions on our sofa and took some photos. I thought it was a joke. He told us that we had the highest grade of foam and that they would not replace the cushions. Poor quality and poor customer service. Such a waste of money. Not what we expected from Ethan Allen.

The sales staff here is unbelievable. I was working with one woman, and brought my husband by later that evening to see a sofa that I liked. By this time, she was gone, but another sales rep (a young blond woman, I wish I remembered her name) spent probably 20 minutes showing us fabrics and offering very clever design advice, even though she wanted the original sales rep to get the commission. Also, all the sales reps knew details about the leather choices and types of cushioning used in their sofas. I was amazed that the sofa I priced there was cheaper than Bassett with the same grade of leather. We purchased our bedroom set from Ethan Allen 10 years ago and with its classic style and excellent quality we plan on keeping it for years to come.

I will never purchase anything from Ethan Allen ever again. Purchased a Townsend Recliner and it was delivered last October. The chair has a gray leather and the leather on the head rest has turned white. When ask to have the head rest replaced they told me that it was due to my body oils that turned the leather. I have an an office leather chair and have had it for over 5 years and the leather on it is still the same color. This company does not stand behind its products. I spent several thousand dollars with them and I will never go back. Everyone they sell substandard products and then will not stand behind what they sell. This is like cheap vinyl not high price leather.

Bought an Acadia sofa earlier this year. Coushins lose their shape and have notified the store. They replaced sofa and same exact problems with replacement occurred. paid 2k for the sofa. I just want my money back. Quality is just not there on this sofa. Update: Ethan Allen is returning the sofa and giving me a refund.

Terrible customer service. 1 1/2 hours late for appointment at my home and didnt bring the correct swatches. The manager decided they didnt want them leaving the store but didnt bother telling me.
