I visited yesterday with my mom, sister and future mother in law. We arrived at my appointment a little bit early, and took some time to browse the selection. At this time, I had purchased a non refundable evening gown last weekend, for $200 at a different store, and immediately felt a little but of buyers remorse as it just wasnt THE dress. First, I will say the assortment of gowns blew me away here. Everything is arranged by price point as well. Each rack was super organized & made browsing a piece of cake. I was already feeling some relief by this point - considering this was my final appointment at a boutique to meet with, just from walking in the door. Kristin came around the corner shortly after we arrived, also earlier than my schedule 3:30 appointment, and called out for me in such a delightful tone. This is SO important to me as Ive found its all about the first impressions at these bridal appointments - theyre attitude will really make or break the duration of the experience. Ive been to at least 6 other store and boutiques and felt more like I was inconveniencing them or was being rushed. Not here, and definitely not with Kristin. She is so kind & patient, very helpful and incredibly detail oriented - she payed attention to me and my party 100% of the time, so she was able to remember what likes/dislikes I had about each gown as I narrowed it down to 1. Seems like a lot of the ladies who work here are truly there to offer amazing input & customer service! My sister ran next door to get some bubbly, per the suggestion and OK by the manager (they even offered us champagne flutes!). She opened it - it overflowed a bit out of the bottle onto the floor. But, they were so nice to immediately help her clean it up, didnt make us feel bad about it, and continued to offer excellent service! I bought my dress here and am anxiously awaiting for it to be delivered. Its a bit of a ways out, but, its worth it. I cant wait! I would recommend this little gem to anyone in the DFW area. Its worth the drive if youre not located in North Dallas or Addison area! They offered a fabulous assortment of great quality dresses, an educated, attentive staff and just a wonderful experience all together. Bonus: they have plenty of seating available, so youre party isnt squished into a small section of chairs or having to run for chairs as soon as they free up - real talk. Thank you Kristin and staff for everything yesterday! What a fun memory to have and what a delight to work with you all! Looking forward to coming by when my dress arrives :)

Ordered my wedding gown yesterday and could not have asked for a better experience! I visited lasting bridal several weeks ago. I made an appointment with Rachel and she was extremely professional, helpful, kind, attentive and listened to everything I mentioned about wanting in a dress. During my first appointment, I found a few dresses that I loved but did not decide on one. I visited several other stores and found a dress that I wanted at Brides and Belles in Tyler. I went back to order the dress at Brides and Belles and had a horrible experience as soon as we walked in the store. The employees at Brides and Belles were very unprofessional, could not locate my file, and told me they were all hyper that day. I felt very uncomfortable ordering from this particular store. We immediately left and called lasting bridal. They were so helpful, they found my file in their system right away, new exactly which dress I was talking about, confirmed ship dates with Casablanca, and scheduled an appointment with Rachel for the following Saturday. Upon arriving at Lasting Bridal, Rachel pulled the dress that I wanted, confirmed all measurements and ordered the dress! It was such an easy, stress-free process. Since then, I have sent several friends to Lasting Bridal because I had such a wonderful experience. All employees were so professional and helpful and it was very evident that they enjoy what they do.

I had the most wonderful experience visiting this boutique- this was the first store I visited and I’m very glad I did. Had it not, I wouldn’t have continued my search for the perfect wedding gown. Nancy was AMAZING! Words can’t describe how extraordinary she is. My friends and I were completely delighted with her. My mother and bridesmaids do not live in Dallas, TX and she was so sweet and comprehensive about it- she even suggested we connected my mom on Skype so that she could see all the dresses I tried on and was very patient and more than happy to answer all my questions. Their selection of dresses is fantastic and the place itself is lovely. Thanks to Nancy I was able to figure out what type of gown I wanted to wear (ball gown) on our special day. Unfortunately, I had a very specific design that I personally created and decided to go the custom route. However, if I had bought my dress from a boutique it would definitely have been from Lasting Bridal Couture because I would not have mind going back to spend more time with its wonderful ladies; especially sweet, sweet Nancy. Oh and let’s not forget about the cute thank you note they mailed to me days after. They sure know how to make a girl feel special :) Thank you!

I bought my dress in 2008 when the store was still called "Lasting Impressions." Like someone else who has posted a review, the shop moved in between the time I ordered my dress and the date of my wedding. However, the staff called me to let me know that the store location was changing locations and where to pick it up. It was a non-issue, and actually the new boutique space is cute and much more spacious than the old store. I was comfortable with the sales staff, as was my mother, sister and bridal party. We took advantage of the bridal party mimosa party when everyone came to get measured and it was definitely a good time. We ordered all bridesmaid dresses from the shop too. Although the variety of bridesmaid dresses was not huge, it was still pretty good overall for what is on the market. The only issue with the bridesmaid dresses was that one of my girls was pregnant at the time of measurement and had no idea what her chest was going to be like post-pregnancy (when the wedding date was). Overall, 5 fabulous stars. The shop even referred me out-of-store for a seamstress in Carrollton who was fabulous. Cant say enough good things.

I made several appointments for bridal salons in and around the Dallas area, and LUCKILY just happened upon this shop. I walked-in and immediately knew that I wanted to give them my business. The sales girls were extremely nice and helpful and knowledgeable. At other shops I went to, I felt really uncomfortable. The salespeople were either pushy or snooty, and I didnt like them being in the dressing room with me. Bridal Couture was the complete opposite of this! They are great about letting you get into the dress on your own and then theyll help clip you in it. Kyndall was my girl and she was AMAZING! The very last dress I tried on was THE DRESS. It is so elegant and classic. Im not into any kind of beading or crystals....I wanted a beautiful, but simple gown. This salon was the only one I found that had a great selection of that type of dress. (They also have the bling-y dresses though if thats what youre looking for.) It looks SO much more expensive than the $500 price tag! I could not be more impressed with this salon. I never write reviews for anything.....but I HAD to for Lasting Bridal Couture. Its THAT good!
