Terrible service, and worse was when the owner was absolutely non-negotiable and beligerent. We ordered a bridesmaids dress in Oct (27) and were reassured that it will be delivered on the 3 Nov. Upon reassurance we purchased the dress. Today is the 6th Nov and the dress is not here. I spoke with the owner who says after a lot of beligerence from her and coaxing from me that if the dress is not here by friday (12 nov) she will have one over-nighted (the wedding is on Saturday 13). So I ask her in that case just overnight a new order on monday, and she said yes if i pay 3/4 the shipping cost. she expects us to do alterations also the day before the wedding. When I inquired as to why the order was delayed she said they do not talk to their weekend staff on their days off. Great. But these people do not know that when they roll off duty they need to have some one else take responsibilities of the off-shift. so my order languished. To top that she said she assumed we will have more orders of the same and waited a few days to get more orders of the same dress from us to save her shipping cost. So there, our order for bridesmaid dress is not here yet. The owner was very impolite and has no concept of customer service or business.

I was very excited as a newly engaged bride to begin shopping for a dress. My first stop was to Aria. The salesperson pointed to a dressing room when i asked to try on a dress. She offered no assistance. I grabbed three dresses from the rack and struggled to zip them myself. When I asked to try on a fourth dress, she slammed her glasses down and shouted at me "this is a specilty shop with a three dress minimum" I was speechless for the first time in my life. I held up my wallet and told her because of my spending, she has a job. I asked her if she knew what customer service was. She said "why cant you make up your mind" I told her if i had my mind made up, there would be ne need for me to be at her store. She told me i was the worse customer she has ever seen. I asked for her managers name and was told it was Chong Thomas. I asked for her name and she said it was Jeanie. I saw on their business card they had a location in Sherman. I called that location and spoke to Ashley. She was apologetic and assured me Chong would call me back. She never did. Needless to say, I will not ever shop at this store or reccommed it to anyone else.

I would just like to give a shout out to Aria Bridal and Formal Wear @ Vista Ridge Mall for making a LONG day a GREAT day...We went to several stores looking for Matron of Honor dresses for my sister and just didnt seem to find one that we really liked and could make a decision on. We finally decided to go into this store and were in and out in under 30 minutes with a great dress! The owner is fantastic and helpful and knows just what a girl needs/wants!!!!! We walked in and told her what color(s) we were looking for and pulled a few dresses (and even asked us before pulling more expensive dresses)...She even asked to look at my wedding dress to help give us suggestions on which of our top two choices might look better! What a godsend this place was to find!!!! I cant wait to go back and shop for Mother of the Bride dresses!

Amazing ladies here! Ya-hoo was so nice and very helpful!! I had a HORRIBLE experience at Davids Bridal in the same mall earlier that day where the staff was extremely rude and condescending and these guys made me feel like a princess, just like a bride is supposed to feel!!! I tried on a dress that was the style, material, & price tag I was hoping for and bought it the same day!! THANK YOU, LADIES!

LOVED Aria Bridal and Formal Wear! Bought a prom dress from them, no regrets! she even altered the dress i fell in love with that was two sizes too big and had it ready for me in no time! love the service up there and even help out with affordable prices. this was defenately a night to remember thanks to the women there! i WILL be back and my sister will as well for her prom.
